on course to replace its current activity registration software by May 1, 2018.

Activity registration software is a core business application that handles many aspects of our organization, including

At this time, staff is working through the mandated bid processes and a new vendor has not been chosen. It is probable that historical account information will not be migrated into the new software database resulting in current patrons recreating their online accounts.
