The most beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it away from you. A wonderful academic year comes to an end but not the learning. With an aim to empower learners to grow academically, socially and emotionally by developing and supporting independent thinkers and problem solvers who strive for excellence in the classroom and community. Teachers have put heart and soul to achieve the goal by organizing various co-curricular and academic activities. We are really proud and exuberant to publish ZENITH the second edition of CMP Newsletter. I take an opportunity to congratulate HM and staff for keeping up the ideals of Kendriya Vidyalaya and promoting the desired skills in the students. MRS. VINITA SHARMA PRINCIPAL

  • GRANDPARENTS ARE SOMEONE WITH SILVER IN THIER HAIR AND GOLD IN THEIR HEART Moving ahead with a goal of making our children sensible, respectful and responsible citizens, we took another step in this direction by celebrating Grandparents Day in our Vidyalaya on 30th November. Making our children feel that grandparents are not only the grandparents, they are our inspiration, our guide and the angel who are always there to understand and support us. Celebration began with welcome song and dance, with distribution of greeting cards made by their grandsons & daughters, succeeding to it was moral skit in Hindi and dance performance. Later grandparents shared their experience as word of blessings.

Too many hands in one lunch box & taste of different region tantalizing each taste buds. This was the basic idea of community lunch organised in the school on 25.09.17. Cuisine of different states were brought by the students and were tasted by their peer groups. Value of health , hygiene and sharing was fostered by this act. Principal too graced the programme and she instructed students to stay away from Junk food to be healthy ever. Few children had come with an attire of their region and presented their regional dishes, by illustrating the method and importance of the same. A mini India could be seen in the Vidyalaya.

  • Swachha Bharat Abhiyan-a movement of Government towards clean and green India is adopted by KVS. Our vidyalaya practices the cleanliness drive on daily basis, which includes cleaning of classrooms by students on the last day of every month. It helps in fostering the values of cleanliness, hygiene and neatness in the surroundings. Litter monitors are being appointed in all the classes. They monitor the cleanliness of their respective classes. Under this abhiyan, slogan writing ,poster making and class decoration competition are organised under CCA. In morning assembly, once in a month , short skit on cleanliness is presented.

Under cubs and Bulbul activities , students are trained to be ready always to extend selfless services to mankind. Every Wednesday Cubs and Bulbul come in the uniform, render their prayer and begin the activity of the day by performing BP- 6 exercises. They practice Sixer songs, pledge and perform duties as per the schedule like cleaning the garden, watering the plants, helping the Pre-Primary children.
