X Yes I would use this book. This book shows what it is like when someone moves and is unsure how life will ever be normal again. It also uses some Spanish which may provide ELL students with an opportunity to make con-nections to the text.

I would not use this book because it fo-cuses on how we are all the same.I want my students to celebrate their differ-ences more then I want them to see how they are all the same. Also the book show characters in stereotypical roles, and makes as-sumptions about daily life in certain cultures
