Avvertenze :

• Per movimentare la vasca servono nr.7 persone.

• La vasca va movimentata fino all’ambiente bagno chiusa

nella cassa.

• Per l’installazione utilizzare le cinghie e almeno nr.3 ventose

con portata minima 100 Kg

• Nel caso di un bagno esistente la sagoma di polistirolo serve

per realizzare lo scavo dove dovrà arrivare il tubo di scarico

dell’acqua.

• Nel caso in cui il bagno sia ancora da realizzare, la sagoma

in polistirolo serve per ricavare il pozzetto in fase di

costruzione del fondo, del massetto e della posa del

pavimento.

• E’ fondamentale che la vasca appoggi sopra un pavimento

finito e perfettamente planare.

• Nel rispetto dell’ambiente Vi ricordiamo di affidare, al termine

dell’utilizzo, il prodotto all’azienda comunale di smaltimento

FREESTANDING

Operazione 1 :

Pozionare la dima in carta per decidere il punto d’arrivo del tubo dello scarico (fig. 1)

che dovrà essere interno al pozzetto e segnare sul pavimento la sagoma. La vasca

deve essere distanziata dal muro della stanza di almeno 40 cm su un lato e 40 cm

sull’altro per permettere la movimentazione.

Operazione 2 :

Posizionare la sagoma in polistirolo del pozzetto (50x30x14 H cm) prima di fare il fondo

ed il massetto (fig.2). Il pozzetto dovrà essere ribassato rispetto al livello del pavimento

di 13 cm. Nel caso in cui la vasca vada collocata su un pavimento esistente la sagoma

servirà per tagliare il pavimento e il fondo. Il pozzetto serve per alloggiare il sifone ed il

tubo di scarico dell’acqua.

Operazione 3 :

Aprire la cassa e liberare la vasca lasciandola sul bancale. Spostare la vasca

utilizzando le cinghie senza togliere l’imballo. Fare attenzione che le cinghie siano

posizionate sulle superfici di appoggio a terra prima di sollevarla.

Operazione 4 :

Posizionare la vasca in corrispondenza del pozzetto. Sollevarla e infilare sotto la vasca

i distanziali in dotazione (16x22 L.70 cm), due per angolo (fig. 3).

Operazione 5 :

Installare la piletta completa di sifone sulla vasca, rivolgendo l’uscita del sifone in

direzione opposta rispetto all’arrivo del troppo pieno.

Operazione 6:

Collegare il tubo estensibile al sifone.

Operazione 7:

Provare la tenuta dell’impianto prima di togliere i distanziatori di polistirolo posti sotto la

vasca. Se non ci sono perdite d’acqua, togliere i distanziatori facendo attenzione che il

tubo estensibile trovi alloggiamento all’interno del pozzetto (fig. 5).

E’ realizzata in MAK . E’ un materiale composito, in cui la massa interna, costituita dalla

combinazione tra un minerale naturale e una resina poliestere, viene rivestita da un film

superficiale di resina acrilica/poliestere di altissima qualità, che gli conferisce un’ottima

resistenza chimico fisica durevole nel tempo e un’assoluta impermeabilità e igiene

nell’uso quotidiano

MAK - Pulizia quotidiana :

Come trattamento generale di manutenzione, vi consigliamo di pulire la superficie con

acqua tiepida e detergente delicato, usando un panno o una spugna morbidi, umidi.

Risciacquate bene la superficie e asciugate quindi con un panno morbido.

Nel caso di macchie causate da acqua ricca di calcare o da saponi, pulire con un

detergente anticalcare non abrasivo (es. aceto). Terminare la pulizia risciacquando con

acqua tiepida e un panno morbido. Asciugare con un panno morbido.

Nel caso di macchie di altra natura (rossetto, pennarello..) pulire con un detergente

non abrasivo a base di ammoniaca. Terminare la pulizia risciacquando con acqua

tiepida ed un panno morbido. Asciugare con un panno morbido.

Nel caso di macchie particolarmente persistenti, piccoli tagli o graffi, o bruciature di

sigaretta, se il film di rivestimento del MAK non è stato danneggiato in tutto lo

spessore, è sufficiente usare:

Per il MAK LUX una pasta abrasiva fino alla rimozione totale della macchia o del

danno, con l’accortezza di estendere la zona di pulizia fino ad uniformare

completamente la superficie. La superficie va poi lucidata con pasta lucidante o polish.

Per il MAK MAT una carta vetrata da 240 fino alla rimozione totale della macchia o del

danno , con l’accortezza di estendere la zona di pulizia fino ad uniformare

completamente la superficie. Per uniformare la finitura fare un ultimo passaggio con

spugnetta abrasiva Scotch Brite su tutta la superficie.

Libreria

Materiale: pannello di particelle di legno rivestito in nobilitato. Spessore: 18 mm

Finitura: legno, laccato opaco, laccato lucido, laccato metallizzato. Bordo: PVC

Pulire con panno morbido, umido e privo di polvere. Evitare l’impiego di solventi e abrasivi.

Evitare che le superfici rimangano a contatto con acqua o altri liquidi anche se per brevi

periodi.

Important:

• Seven people are required to move the bath.

• The bath should be moved to the bathroom closed in the

crate.

• To install, use the straps and at least two suction cups with a

minimum capacity of 100 kg.

• In the case of an existing bathroom, the polystyrene template

is used to make the hole for the water drain hose.

• If the bathroom is under construction, the polystyrene

template is used to create the floor drain during construction

of the bed and screed and laying the floor.

• The bath must rest on a finished perfectly flat floor.

• To respect the environment, if you decide not to use the

product any longer, it should be taken to a municipal waste

collection centre.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING


Operation 1:

Reduce the paper template to the dimensions of the bath ordered and trim the floor

drain template. Position the paper template to decide the point of arrival of the drain

hose (fig. 1) which must be inside the floor drain, then mark the shape on the floor.

The bath must be at least 40 cm from the wall on one side and 40 cm on the other to

allow handling.

Operation 2:

Position the polystyrene floor drain template (50x30x14H cm) before preparing the bed

and screed (fig. 2). The drain must be 13 cm below floor level. If the bath is to be

installed on an existing floor, use the template to cut the floor and bed. The floor drain

will house the siphon and water drain hose.

Operation 3:

Open the crate and free bathtub leaving it on the pallet. Move the bathtub using the

premounted straps without removing the packaging. Straps must be placed on the

floor before lifting the bathtub.

Operation 4:

Position the bath over the floor drain. Lift the bath and place the spacers provided

(16x22 L. 70 cm) underneath it, two per corner (fig. 3).

Operation 5:

Install the trap with siphon on the bath with the outlet of the siphon facing in the

opposite direction to the end of the overflow.

Operation 6:

Connect the extendable hose to the siphon.

Operation 7:

Test the seal of the bath before removing the polystyrene spacers from underneath it.

If there are no leaks of water, remove the spacers, making sure the extendable hose is

in the floor drain (fig. 5).

If there are no leaks of water, remove the spacers, threading the straps into the suction

cups as shown in fig. 7. Lift and slide the bath towards the wall, making sure the

extendable hose is inside the floor drain.

KELLY BOOK 200x105x51 H cm bathtub:

Kelly bathtub is made in MAK. Mak is a composite material whose inner mass is made

up of a natural material combined with polyester resin, all coated with a surface film of

highest quality acrylic/polyester resin that ensures an excellent chemical/physical

resistance and long life of the product.

Daily care:

As a general maintenance procedure, we recommend to clean the surface using warm

water and mild non-abrasive detergent on a soft, dump cloth or sponge. Rinse with warm

water on a soft cloth and dry using a soft cloth.

In case of stains that may be caused by hard water, soaps or mineral products, clean

using a non-abrasive descaling detergent (e.g. vinegar). Rinse with warm water on a soft,

non-abrasive cloth and dry using a soft cloth.

In case of other kinds of stains (markers, lipstick, grease, food etc., see Cleaning Table

below), clean using a non-abrasive ammonia detergent. Rinse with warm water on a soft,

non-abrasive cloth and dry using a soft cloth.

In case of particularly stubborn stains, small cuts, scratches or cigarette burns,

- if the MAK LUX coating film has not been damaged through the entire cross-section,

simply rub with polishing paste until the stain or damage has been completely removed,

making sure the entire area is treated until the surface has been restored. In order to

restore the original surface shine, the surface should then be polished using polishing

paste.

- if the MAK MAT coating film has not been damaged through the entire cross-section,

simply rub with 240 sanding paper until the stain or damage has been completely

removed, making sure the entire area is treated until the surface has been restored. To

make the finish uniform, rub the entire surface with a Scotch Brite sponge.

Bookcase:

Material: melamine coated particleboard. Thickness: 18 mm

Finish: wood, opaque lacquer, glossy lacquer, metal finish lacquer. Edge: PVC

Clean with a soft damp dust-free cloth. Never use solvents and abrasives.

Avoid surfaces remaining in contact with water or other liquids, even for short periods.

Warnhinweise :

• Zur Beförderung der Badewanne sind sieben Personen

erforderlich.

• Verwenden Sie zum Einbau die Tragegurte und mindestens

zwei Saugnäpfe mit einer Mindesttraglast von 100 kg.

• Wenn bereits ein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, dient die

Schablone aus Polystyrol zur Herstellung der Grube, bis zu

der das Wasserablaufrohr geführt wird.

• Falls das Badezimmer noch gebaut werden muss, dient die

Schablone aus Polystyrol zur Herstellung des Schachts beim

Bau des Unterbodens, des Estrichs und Verlegen des

Fußbodens.

• Die Badewanne muss auf einem fertigen und vollkommen

ebenen Fußboden aufgestellt werden.

• Im Hinblick auf den Umweltschutz muss das Produkt nach

dem Gebrauch bei der zuständigen Entsorgungsstelle der

Gemeinde abgegeben werden.

1. Arbeitsschritt:

Positionieren Sie die Papierschablone, um die Stelle festzulegen, bis zu der das

Ablaufrohr geführt wird (Abb.1) und die innerhalb des Schachts liegen muss. Zeichnen

Sie die Kontur auf dem Fußboden ein. Die Badewanne muss auf beiden Seiten einen

Abstand von mindestens 40 cm von der Wand einhalten, damit sie befördert werden

kann.

2. Arbeitsschritt:

Positionieren Sie die Kontur aus Polystyrol des Schachts (50x30x14 H cm), bevor der

Untergrund und der Estrich hergestellt werden (Abb.2). Der Schacht muss 13 cm unter

der Fußbodenhöhe liegen. Falls die Badewanne auf einem vorhandenen Fußboden

aufgestellt wird, dient die Kontur zum Aufschneiden des Fußbodens und des

Untergrunds. Der Schacht dient zur Aufnahme des Siphons und des

Wasserablaufrohrs.

3. Arbeitsschritt:

Öffnen Sie die Verpackungskiste und lassen Sie die Badewanne auf der Palette

stehen. Verstellen Sie die Badewanne mit Hilfe der vormontierten Tragegurte, ohne

den Verpackung wegzunehmen. Prüfen Sie dass die Tragegurte am Boden stellen,

bevor die Wanne anzuheben.

4. Arbeitsschritt:

Positionieren Sie die Badewanne in Höhe des Schachts. Heben Sie sie an und legen

Sie unter jede Ecke der Badewanne jeweils zwei der mitgelieferten Abstandhalter

(16x22 L.70 cm) (Abb.3).

5. Arbeitsschritt:

Installieren Sie die Ablaufgarnitur mit dem Siphon an der Badewanne, wobei die

Austrittsöffnung des Siphons entgegengesetzt zur Eintrittsöffnung des Überlaufs

gerichtet sein muss.

6. Arbeitsschritt:

Schließen Sie das verlängerbare Rohr an den Siphon an.

7. Arbeitsschritt:

Prüfen Sie die Anlage auf Dichtheit, bevor Sie die Abstandhalter aus Polystyrol unter

der Badewanne entfernen. Entfernen Sie, wenn keine Wasserleckagen auftreten, die

Abstandhalter und achten Sie hierbei darauf, dass sich das verlängerbar Rohr im

Innern des Schachts befindet (Abb.5).

Prüfen Sie die Anlage auf Dichtheit, bevor Sie die Abstandhalter aus Polystyrol unter

der Badewanne entfernen. Entfernen Sie, wenn keine Wasserleckagen auftreten, die

Abstandhalter, indem Sie die Tragegurte, wie auf Abb.7 gezeigt, durch die Saugnäpfe

ziehen. Heben Sie die Badewanne an und schieben Sie sie gegen die Wand; achten

Sie hierbei darauf, dass sich das verlängerbar Rohr im Innern des Schachts befindet.

Badewanne KELLY BOOK 200x105x51 H cm:

Kelly ist eine Badewanne aus Mak. Mak ist ein Verbundmaterial dessen innere Masse,

die aus einer Kombination von natürlichem Mineral und Polyesterharz besteht, mit

einem Oberflächenfilm aus Acrylharz/Polyester höchster Qualität versehen wird. Dieser

verleiht eine ausgezeichnete chemische und physikalische Beständigkeit sowie

Langlebigkeit, vollständige Undurchlässigkeit und Hygiene beim täglichen Gebrauch.

Tägliche wartung:

Zur allgemeinen Pflege wird empfohlen die Oberfläche mit warmen Wasser und einem

milden Reinigungsmittel zu säubern, ohne Schleifmittel, mit Hilfe eines weichen feuchten

Tuches oder Schwammes, kein Scheuerschwamm. Danach die Oberfläche gut abspülen

und mit einem weichen Tuch trocknen.

Im Falle von Flecken verursacht durch kalkhaltiges Wasser, Seife oder Mineralprodukten

mit einem Entkalkungsmittel säubern (z.B.: Essig). Die Reinigung durch Abspülen und mit

Hilfe eines weichen Tuchs, kein Scheuertuch, abschließen. Danach mit einem weichen

Tuch trocknen.

Im Falle von Flecken anderer Natur (Filzschreiber, Lippenstift, Fett, Essensresten, etc. –

siehe Reinigungstabelle) ein Reinigungsmittel auf Ammoniakbase (z.B.: CIF® Ammoniak)

anwenden. Die Reinigung durch Abspülen und mit Hilfe eines weichen Tuchs abschließen.

Danach mit einem weichen Tuch trocknen.

Im Falle von besonders hartnäckigen Flecken, kleinen Kratzern und Einschnitten oder

Brandflecken,

- vorausgesetzt, dass die MAK LUX Oberfläche nicht in der gesamten Dicke beschädigt

ist, ist es ausreichend eine Reinigungspaste zu benutzen, bis der Fleck, die

Beschädigung oder der Schaden entfernt ist, dafür Sorge tragend, dass der umliegende

Bereich mit behandelt wird um ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis zu erhalten. Um wieder eine

glänzende Oberflache herzustellen wird diese mit einer Poliercreme bzw. Polish poliert

- vorausgesetzt, dass MAK MAT Oberfläche nicht in der gesamten Dicke beschädigt ist,

ist es ausreichend ein Schmirgelpapier der Stärke 240 zu benutzen, bis der Fleck, die

Beschädigung oder der Schaden entfernt sind, dafür Sorge tragend, dass der

umliegende Bereich mit behandelt wird um ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis zu erhalten. Zum

Abschluss die Fläche noch einmal mit einem Scotch Brite Schwamm bearbeiten um

wieder eine gleichmäßige Oberfläche herzustellen.

Bücherregal:

Material: melaminbeschichtete Spanplatte. Stärke: 18 mm

Ausführung: Holz, matt lackiert, hochglanz lackiert, metallic lackiert. Kante: PVC

Reinigen Sie die Möbel mit einem weichen, feuchten und staubfreien Tuch. Verwenden Sie

keine Lösemittel oder Scheuermittel. Die Oberfläche darf auch nicht für kurze Zeit mit

Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührung bleiben.

Im Hinblick auf den Umweltschutz muss das Produkt nach dem Gebrauch bei der

zuständigen Entsorgungsstelle der Gemeinde abgegeben werden.

Hinweis :

Vorliegendes Produktblatt erfüllt die Bestimmungen des italienischen Gesetzes Nr.

126 vom 10. April 1991 "Bestimmungen zur Verbraucherinformation" und das

italienische Dekret Nr. 101 vom 8. Februar 1997 "Durchführungsbestimmungen".

Attention:

• Pour déplacer la baignoire il faut 7 personnes.

• La baignoire doit être portée jusqu'à la salle de bain

emballée dans sa caisse.

• Pour l'installation utiliser les sangles et au moins 3

ventouses ayant une capacité de charge de 100 kg au

moins.

• En cas de salle de bain existante le gabarit en polystyrène

sert à réaliser la cavité (réservation) où devra arriver le tuyau

d'écoulement de l'eau.

• Si la salle de bain n'est pas encore réalisée le gabarit en

polystyrène sert à déterminer la réservation au moment de la

réalisation de la dalle, de la chape et de la pose du plancher.

• Il est impératif que la baignoire repose sur un sol fini et

parfaitement plat

• Afin de protéger l’environnement nous vous rappelons que, à

la fin de son utilisation, la baignoire doit être déposée dans

un centre de collecte ou une déchèterie agréés.

Placer le gabarit en papier pour déterminer le point d'arrivée du tuyau d’écoulement

(fig.1) qui devra se trouver à l'intérieur de la réservation et tracer la forme sur le sol. La

baignoire doit être à au moins 40 cm du mur d'un côté et de l'autre pour permettre la

manutention.

Opération 2:

Placer le gabarit en polystyrène de la réservation (50x30x14 H cm) avant de faire la chape. La réservation devra être profonde de 13 cm. Si la baignoire doit être installée

sur un sol existant le gabarit servira pour découper le plancher et la chape. La

réservation sert à loger le siphon et le tuyau d’écoulement de l'eau.

Ouvrir et retirer la caisse d’emballage en laissant la baignoire sur la palette. Déplacer

la baignoire à l’aide des sangles préinstallées sans enlever l'embalage. Il est

fondamental de vérifier que les sangles sont bien placées au sol avant de soulever la

baignoire.

Opération 4:

Placer la baignoire sur la réservation. La soulever et mettre sous la baignoire les cales

fournies (16x22xL.70 cm) deux à chaque coin.

Opération 5:

Installer la bonde avec le siphon sur la baignoire, la sortie du siphon doit être tournée

dans la direction opposée à l'arrivée du trop-plein.

Opération 6:

Raccorder le tuyau extensible au siphon.

Opération 7:

Vérifier l'étanchéité de l'installation avant de retirer les cales en polystyrène placées

sous la baignoire. S'il n'y a pas de fuite d'eau, retirer les cales en veillant à ce que le

tuyau extensible soit bien placé dans la réservation (fig.5).

Opération 4:

Placer la baignoire près de la réservation. La soulever avec les ventouses et mettre les

cales fournies (16x22xL.70 cm) sous la partie avant (fig.3).

Opération 7:

Vérifier l'étanchéité de l'installation avant de retirer les cales en polystyrène placées

sous la baignoire. S'il n'y a pas de fuite d'eau, retirer les cales en enfilant les sangles

dans les ventouses (fig.7). Soulever et faire glisser la baignoire vers le mur en faisant

attention que le tuyau extensible soit bien placé dans la réservation.

Baignoire KELLY 200x105x51 H cm:

Kelly est réalisée en MAK. Mak est un materiel composite, dans lequel la masse

intérieure, composée de la combinaison entre un minéral naturel et une résine

polyester, est revêtue par un film superficiel de résine acrylique/polyester de très haute

qualité, qui lui donne une excellente résistance chimique et physique durable dans le

temps et une imperméabilité et hygiène absolue dans l’usage quotidien.

Entretien quotidien :

Comme traitement général d’entretien, nous Vous conseillons de nettoyer la surface avec

de l’eau tiède et du détergent délicat, en utilisant un chiffon doux ou une éponge douce,

humide. Rincez bien la surface et ensuite essuyer avec un chiffon doux.

En cas de taches causées par une eau riche en calcaire, par des savons ou des produits

minéraux, nettoyez avec un détergent non abrasif anticalcaire (ex.: vinaigre). Terminez le

nettoyage avec de l’eau tiède et un chiffon doux, non abrasif. Ensuite essuyer avec un

chiffon doux.

En cas de taches d’un autre type (marqueur, rouge à lèvres, graisse, résidus de nourriture,

etc. – voir tableau de nettoyage) nettoyez avec un détergent non abrasif à base

d’ammoniac. Terminez le nettoyage avec de l’eau tiède et un chiffon doux, non abrasif.

Ensuite essuyer avec un chiffon doux.

En cas de taches particulièrement persistantes, de petites coupures et rayures ou brûlures

de cigarette,

- si le film de revêtement du MAK LUX n’a pas été endommagé dans toute l’épaisseur, il

suffit d’utiliser une pâte d’abrasion jusqu’à l’enlèvement complet de la tache ou du

dommage, avec la prudence d’étendre la zone de nettoyage jusqu’à uniformiser

complètement la surface. Pour remettre en état la brillance originale, la surface doit être

polie avec un produit à polir ou du polish.

- si le film de revêtement du MAK MAT n’a pas été endommagé dans toute l’épaisseur, il

suffit d’utiliser un papier à verre de 240 jusqu’à l’enlèvement complet de la tache ou du

dommage, avec la prudence d’étendre la zone d’intervention de nettoyage jusqu’à

uniformiser complètement la surface. Pour uniformiser la finition il faut exécuter un

dernier passage avec éponge abrasive Scotch Brite sur toute la surface

Bibliothèque:

Matériau: panneau de particules de bois recouvert de mélaminé. Épaisseur: 18 mm

Finition: bois, laqué opaque, laqué brillant, laqué métallisé. Bord : PVC

Nettoyer avec un chiffon doux, humide et exempt de poussière. Éviter l’utilisation de

solvants et d’abrasifs. Éviter que les surfaces restent en contact avec l’eau ou les autres

liquides même pendant de courtes périodes.
