of Kelida Solutions started

the company on a mission to improve the

service offered to clients and customers in the security

solutions industry. Their immediate goal was not to be the 'average'

provider, so the team commissioned some research to fully understand

what clients and customers wanted and how this compared to what

they were actually getting. The research made interesting reading and

provided the inspiration to start the company.

CCTV & Alarm Monitoring

Our remote monitoring control room is an NSI gold

approved alarm receiving centre that provides a 24hr

CCTV monitoring service. It operates to the highest

industry standards and is accredited to British standard

5979 Category 11 and ISO 9000 and further complies

with existing British and European standards BS EN

50131 and PD 6662. In addition, our alarm receiving

centre (ARC) also has the accreditation to provide

CCTV monitoring to comply with BS 8418.

With all of this in mind we can provide users with the

peace of mind that their property and business is fully

protected.

Remote CCTV transmission and monitoring is a com-

plete security solution to reduce manned on-site

security costs without compromising the security of

Variety, the children’s charity

“Family is at the heart of our business and when we heard a local children’s charity, Variety had been broken in to due to

poor security measures we immediately volunteered to help them and donated a fully installed security system to try and

prevent them from being targeted in the future. Since then our relationship with Variety has gone from strength to strength

and we are privileged as a company to have experienced first hand the tremendous work they do.

Variety helps sick, disabled and underprivileged children both locally and nationally. They believe that neither disability nor disadvantage should stand in the way of

a child’s dream or prevent children from having the opportunity to realise their unique potential.

The Kelida team and our family’s attend annual events to support Variety such as a special fun day at Harewood House, Cannon Hall Farm and their Christmas

parties and we will of course continue to maintain their security systems going forward”.

BBC Crime Scene Rescue

Kelida Solutions Ltd was approached by the BBC researchers to take part in a new programme “Crime Scene Rescue”. We were more than happy to take part

and even more so when we found out it was to help a family that had been victims of crime who would be featuring on the show. Kelida Solutions donated a fully

installed security system to ensure that the family and the property were safe and secure and that any future break-ins were prevented. The Kelida team continue

to support the family with their security needs which includes the annual service of the security system.

SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) only certificate companies that can demonstrate technical and managerial

competence through an inspection of the processes and procedures they operate.

SSAIB certification means that you can be confident in the quality of service provided to protect your business from the potentially

devastating consequences of fire or crime.

Increasingly insurers require evidence that all reasonable steps have been taken to mitigate risk and ensure the safety of personnel

and assets within the workplace. SSAIB certificated providers will meet or exceed your insurer's requirements.

Altius works with suppliers to develop and assess their competencies. Altius enhances their status and performance - opening up

opportunities to win major contracts with some of the UK’s leading businesses. In addition suppliers can raise their performance

This accreditation assesses supplier’s health and safety competence. Areas that are included in the assessment include their

Health and safety policy statement, their organisation for health and safety and their specific health and safety arrangements to a

standard acceptable to our buyers and to others.

Participating in the CHAS scheme helps both suppliers and buyers.

• Suppliers show compliance with important parts of health and safety law (the core criteria described in the CDM regulations).

• On achieving compliance a supplier is approved to work for all of CHAS' buyers.(Some Buyers may require "Accredited" Status)

• Inconsistencies are reduced where some suppliers may be judged compliant by one buyer but not another.

• CHAS gives guidance on any weaknesses in a supplier's safety management, including how they can improve.
