Keith Nichter
Keith Nichter joined LVA Urban Design Studio, L.L.C. in 2005. Nichter graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Design, with a Major in Housing and Urban Development.
Nichter has 7 years of professional experience in the urban design planning field. Nichter came to LVA straight out of college and has been a Land Planner from the beginning. As a planner his responsibilities include assisting and coordinating a broad scope of projects in multiple phases of the development process, including site analysis, site design, land use planning, public outreach and entitlement processing. Nichter has experience with both public and private planning projects, focusing on land use and site planning along with comprehensive planning and policy planning for multiple municipalities.
