Keeping Up with the Joneses - April 2014 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.Psalm 27:14 Dear Family & Friends, Waiting is something most of us find difficult to do, especially when it is forced upon us. We often don’t or can’t see a reason why we should have to wait…no matter what we are waiting for, especially in this U. S. society where every effort in everything is toward not having to wait any longer than possible. But this is not so in God’s economy, which sometimes makes it all the more difficult for us. God is not hindered by time or limitations, but I sure am. Here it is April, spring has arrived, the weather is better, all kinds of ministry potential seems to be presenting itself, but I’m looking at so many things I’m still waiting on: property to sell, facilities to get started, Mobile Units to purchase and equip Internationally, another unit needed for U.S.A. ministry, more ministry partners, funds to do all these things…and the list goes on. What I have to remember is that waiting on God is not wasted or lost time, it is preparation time for His bigger plan to come together to accomplish His perfect will, not my selfish will. The above verse reminds us that waiting on the Lord is good for us and worth the wait. Besides, He always has other things for us to do while we are waiting. Allie Faith’s 5 th birthday! Timothy and Carolyn will stay at our house some while Mike & I are gone. After eight years at Chick Fil A, Carolyn is now looking for another job. Please continue to pray for them at this time. Joseph is on the track & field team at school, learning to throw, and enjoying the academic challenges. I volunteer in the lunchroom once a week. Jennifer and granddaughter, Allie Faith, have birthdays this month. We have recently had to add healthcare to our list of monthly expenses, but trust the Lord will provide. While we have never reached the full level of support the Board set for us, we continue to be amazed how the Lord provides for us sufficiently and more. That’s mostly because many of you have prayerfully supported us so faithfully for many years and continue to do so. The Lord through you gives us the peace of His provision each month so that I can freely encourage and raise support for the general fund and other special projects. Thank you so much for that. God bless you! In His service together, Mike, AnnaMae & family Evan is nine! Keeping Up with the Joneses - April 2014 “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.” Psalm 27:14

Dear  Family  &  Friends,          Waiting  is  something  most  of  us  find  difficult  to  do,  especially  when  it  is  forced  upon  us.
