OUR LADY OF THE MOUNT CHURCH
WARREN
Come join us for an evening of prayer,
preaching and reflection on the message
and meaning of Our Lady of Guadalupe’s
apparitions on our continent in 1531.
Discover how much you are loved by Our
Heavenly Father and how Our Blessed
Mother led 9 million indigenous Mexican
people to her Son, Jesus.
She desires to lead you into a deep and
vibrant relationship with Him as well so that
your heart will be set on fire by His Love!
In Loving Memory
Please pray for the families and loved ones of the departed who now enjoy everlasting life:
Graham Hillier
Father of Rev. John Hillier
Ronnie Campione
Wife of Bob
and Mother of Michael, Valerie, and Robin
Marilyn Wender
Wife of Chet and Mother of Brian, Deborah,
Paul, and Celeste
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let
perpetual light shine upon them. May their
souls and the souls of all the faithful departed
through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.

RCIA –IS FOLLOWING JESUS ALWAYS PEACEFUL?
People are in need of comfort when facing illness, loss of a loved one, or some other misfortune. Many Chris-tians affirm that religion is one of their greatest comforts in life. But we Christians ought never to expect that dis-cipleship makes life “comfortable” and easy. To follow Jesus is to carry significant responsibilities, and to risk being misunderstood. Are you feeling “uncomfortable” about inviting some-one who seems to be searching for God, for Jesus, for spiritual development? Take the risk—invite them to join us at an Inquiry Session. Inquiry sessions do not as-sume a commitment to join the Catholic faith family. Inquiry sessions are opportunities to ask questions about God, Jesus, and the Catholic faith family. All who are not baptized, baptized into another faith denomination, or baptized Catholic but have not received Eucharist and Confirmation, are invited. To learn more about person-ally participating in the Catholic faith, please call the Parish Office at 908-647-1075 to be put in touch with a member of the RCIA team. http://olmwarren.org/rite-of-christian-initiation-of-adults

One of our homebound parishioners will be having surgery soon, and will need a ride to the doctor’s office for various pre-op tests. She does not have a date as of yet for either the surgery or tests, but once she has this information, she was hoping for volunteers to drive her there and back. Please email Doreen Gliebe at [email protected] if you'd be willing to add your name to a list of volunteer driv-ers to help our 90 year old parishioner.
