Design
Our engineers have designed over 100 industrial robotic systems and bring to the table a wealth of knowledge including continuous training through our OEM system partners.
The design will be a more in depth description of the robotic cell. In some cases 3-D renderings, cell simulation or drawings will be produced verify the system design. An on-site visit may be required to complete the project design.
Throughout the entire Process, a KC Robotics Project Manager will continuously communicate the details of the design and build.

The concept for this system will utilize a KUKA KR30 L16 KRC4 Welding Robot with a 2,000 kg head and tailstock positioner.

The end result will be a rough draft of the industrial system including the robot,

Yaskawa Motoman, our technicians attend training sessions multiple times a year and have hands
on experience with many robot models.
Our extensive parts inventory helps us get you back and running faster than other service
companies. Instead of having to wait for a part to be delivered, most of the time, our technicians
can predict needed parts and have them on hand upon arrival to your facility.
