Birthday Parties

All prices are stated to be inclusive of VAT.

As per the “No Adults, Kids Only” policy, age group limits will be strictly enforced according to the club’s specifications (3 to 12 years old). Each participating child should carry a valid ID for proof of age (passport or emirates ID). A maximum of two adults accompanying the birthday child are permitted to access the event and will be restricted to the movie area only. All other adults are not permitted in the venue except for the last 30 minutes during the cake cutting. To give access to adults, exclusive use of Atlantis Kids Club can be booked for an additional fee. Please note that minimum of 10 guests are required for all birthday party packages. Venue tours are available from 1:30pm - 2:00pm or from 5:00pm - 5:30pm.

Adults are not permitted to instruct or interfere in the activities conducted by the Atlantis Kids Club team members. Any concerns can be informed to the event coordinator. The Atlantis Kids Club team members will have the full right to refuse entry or remove anyone at any time causing disruptions in the operation of the club. The policy and procedures of the club must be adhered to at all times. The Atlantis Kids Club has the full right to terminate the event, without penalty, in case of the guest(s) conducting themselves in a manner considered to be unacceptable, dangerous or causing a nuisance to other guests. The client authorises the Atlantis Kids Club, to take action deemed necessary and appropriate including but not limited to charging additional fee for admission to Atlantis Kids Club, should the selected time slot be extended for whatever reason.

Birthday package rates cannot be modified or reduced with the exclusion of any of the included items.

Food & Beverage - No outside food and beverage is allowed, and due to health and safety concerns, is not permitted to be taken out of the respective venue as take-away.

Lost & Found - Atlantis, The Palm will not be responsible for personal items which are damaged or lost prior to, during and after the event. The resort shall also not assume any liability for loss, damage or theft of any article left in its possession for storage.

Damages - Stapling, sticking, nailing, screwing, adhesive or pinning of material on any part of the physical structure, furnishings, stage, floor, walls, ceilings or tress is strictly prohibited. The client agrees to be responsible for any damages done to resort’s equipment, goods or facilities during the event caused in whole or in part by the client and/or his/her guests.

Signs/Decorations - The resort reserves the right to approve all signage and decorations within its premises. All signs/decorations must be professionally printed, arranged and match with the existing décor and colour scheme. Signs are not permitted on guest-room levels, at elevators or lobby areas of the resort, on the exterior of any building, or any other designated areas.

Club Hire - Booking a party at Atlantis Kids Club does not o�er an exclusive use of the facility. The club will remain open to other guests during the event. Should the client wish to book the club exclusively, an “exclusive use fee” will be applicable. The full “exclusive use fee” is payable upfront on booking the event and will be considered the deposit on the invoice. The “exclusive use fee” is non-refundable in case of cancellation within one week prior to the event. The “exclusive use fee” can only be paid via card (cash is not accepted). Event outside of the available time slot can also be booked at an additional fee.

Client’s Undertaking

In consideration of the acceptance of my child in Atlantis Kids Club, I understand that this is a supervised programme, but the continued care and well-being of my child is still my sole responsibility. Therefore, I hereby release discharge and hold harmless, Atlantis The Palm Limited and its respective o�cers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, against any and all liability, claims and damage resulting in any way from my child participating in or otherwise being permitted to participate in any part of the programme. In event of misconduct, emergency, accident or illness, I hereby authorise Atlantis The Palm Limited to take whatever steps deemed necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to obtaining of medical or emergency treatment of child at no cost to Atlantis The Palm Limited.

I further grant the Atlantis Kids Club, the right to photograph and/or videotape the event and to use my child’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising and promotional materials without reservation or limitation. Atlantis Kids Club, however, is under no obligation to exercise said rights herein granted.

To confirm the party, an upfront deposit of 50% of total invoice must be paid on booking of the event. Deposit can only be paid via card (cash is not accepted). Please be advised the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation within one week prior to the event. All remaining balances and any additional charges incurred during the event must be paid on the day of the event as full and final settlement. Final payment can only be made by cash or card.
