Set Up:

Go to Start – Programs – NetMeeting

A wizard appears...•It will ask you to enter names and email-- Do not necessarily have to•Identifies users: First name, Last Name, and Email•Click Do Not List My Name in the Directory-- Sets up an email account directory

Next will check for hardware:

•If you have a sound card…Click next through the sound and Mic tests. It is okay if it errors or states it does not work

NetMeeting should start. If not, start it.

Remote desktop sharing

Click Tools-Enable Sharing•This will load more functionality

If you have windows NT, you must restart

Open NetMeeting if it is not already opened.

•Click on Tools-Remote Desktop Sharing use defaults on the wizard

•Right click the Net Meeting Icon in the system trayEnable remote desktop.

•Wait for a call… if it comes in, Click Accept.•Got to Tools-Sharing•Click on Desktop•Click Share•Click Allow control•Click Automatically Accept Request For control•Click close.

Installation….

.Double Click Nm30.exe

.Click Launch

.Click Yes

.Click Yes

.Click Ok (Default Location for Installation)

.Click Ok (Installation Successful)

.Go to Start – Programs – NetMeeting

.Click Next

.Click Next

.Enter:First name

Last NameEmail

.Click Do Not List My Name in the Directory

.Click Next (Accept Shortcuts)
