LONGVIEW HALF MARATHON & 5K

Putting the Boots to ALS 5K - July 16 at 8:00am Rockhurst High School, Kansas City, MO

Join us on July 16 at 8am on Kansas City’s Famed Ward Parkway

and help raise funds for ALS research at the University of

Kansas. DriFit tech shirts for participants, age group winner

awards and great post-race food and beverages all make this a

YMCA 5K Run and Fun Walk - July 17, 7:00am

Washington Park, Kansas City, MO

The YMCA is holding a 5K run/walk in conjunction with its

national leadership conference and you are invited to join them

for a run! Join them on Sunday, July 17 at Washington Square

Park at 7am for a run through the Crossroads that supports the

YMCA Challenger Program. Learn more and register here.

Rock the Crossroads 5K - July 23 at 7:30pm The Studios, Inc., Crossroads District Kansas City, MO

Join us for the hottest 5K in Kansas City - Rock the Crossroads!

This 7th annual evening race at the Studios, Inc., hosted by

Torn Label Brewing Company on Saturday, July 23, 7:30 pm,

will take you through the streets of the Crossroads arts and

music district in downtown KC. Participants receive finisher’s

medals and free admission to the post-race concert, Dolewite.

Concert admission is $10 on site for everyone else. The event

benefits the Police Athletic League (PAL). Learn more and sign

Digital Ally Open 5K - July 30, 7:30am Museum at Prairiefire, Overland Park, KS

The Digital Ally Open 5K is being run in conjunction with the

metro area's only PGA TOUR sanctioned event, the Web.com

Tour's Digital Ally Open golf tournament at the Nicklaus Golf

Club at LionsGate. Participants in the 5K receive two grounds

passes to the tournament which runs from August 1-August

7, 2016. Learn more and register here.

ISD Wellness Expo & 5K - July 30 at 8:30am William Chrisman High School, Independence, MO

Join us for this free event! Learn more about the event and the free family Wellness Expo after the race and register here.

Sound of the City 5K/10K - July 31 at 8:00am Waterfall Park, Independence, MO

Sound of the City is a 5K/10K benefiting the Audiology Clinics

of Children's Mercy Hospital and KU Medical Center. The

event includes a kids' musical fun run, a 5K walk/run and a

10K run. Finisher’s medals will be given to all 5K and 10K

finishers. Kids fun run participants will receive a completion

of runners/walkers are welcome! Groupie run participants also save 20% off most full
