From Last 8 months working as a Production Engineer as well as Maintanance Engineer in Magicrete Building Solution PVT LTD. ,Palsana.Experience in AAC Plant : Shedule the production activities , Manage the productin Cycle, Reduce the breakage, Improve the production Qualitiy. As well as manage the Maintanance respect to the production. Handling the slurry pumps and gear box, 5 tn and 10 tn craine. Maintanence the cycloid gear box. 5Tn & 10 Tn Craine Brake setting and change the clutch. Cutting Machine Wagon changing The padester , Rack and Pinion and Wagon Wheels. Working on Mould pusher rail. Preventive maintanence on Blower and Compressor like cheking the oil and Cleaning of air filter. Other small maintenance like winch, tyre couplar changing, bag filter etc. Prevent the leakages of Autoclave and making the cycle of it. To Reduce the breakages which causes of autoclave pressure. Recently I working on the AAC Wall Panel making Experiment.
