Information for StockistsPlacing your orderOn initial purchases there is a minimum order value of £100, which must be paid upfront before items are shipped out. A minimum value of £50 applies to all subsequent orders, and these must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Please always use the order form provided and send by email to hello@kayleighomara.com

Lead timePlease allow at least 7-10 days for your order to be dispatched, though your items may be sent out sooner if they are ready. A few products, such as notebooks and greetings cards, which are manufactured for me by third parties, may take longer to reach you - I will inform you of such delays should they arise. If you need your items more quickly, please add a note on your order form and we can discuss.

PaymentAccepted methods of payment are PayPal (this will incur an extra 5% charge to cover fees) or BACS payment. Your first order must be paid upfront before items are sent out.

Delivery information All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and charged at a flat rate of £15. Postage is free on UK orders over £250. International shipping costs vary.

Damages / DefectsPlease inspect your entire order immediately upon arrival. Email hello@kayleighomara.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective products. Products returned within 14 days will be replaced with new ones.

Returns / ExchangesWholesale products may not be returned or exchanged. I only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted previously.

Packaging All acrylic products, excluding coasters, are packaged on a branded card backing in a cello bag. Greetings cards are packaged with a kraft brown envelope in a cello bag.

Product sizesAll measurements given are approximate and, given the nature of handmade goods, may slightly vary from one item to the next. Rings are available in small and large sizes, with diameters of 17.5mm and 18.5mm respectively.

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for browsing my wholesale catalogue - I hope you’ve seen a few things your customers will love. Now I should probably introduce myself. My name is Kayleigh O’Mara and I’m an artist, illustrator and maker based in London. Everything you see has been designed in my sketchbook, which travels around with me everywhere.

Almost all of my items are handmade individually at my studio in a leafy corner of Bethnal Green. A few bits, like my greetings cards and notebooks, are manufactured to the highest quality by companies I trust with my designs.

My favourite material to work with is acrylic, which my enormous laser cutter can transform into just about anything, but I also like to experiment with wood and other media when I’m working on new ideas. Follow me on Instagram and Twitter, and you’ll always be able to see what I’m up to.
