Dear Dad,

Yes, dad, we have talked about this before but I still want that gecko. It really needs me and you might not know it, but people don’t like geckos anymore. Plus, not to mention, it would look dazzling in my room. It’s like I am the only one who likes them. I mean it’s no fair! Mom gets to have a pet!

Having a gecko would help make me responsible. I would clean its cage and feed him. It would remind me what it feels like to have a pet. If I had a gecko then I will have the power!!! Plus, I won’t bother you when you get home. I

guess you heard me beg a lot.
