Waiting for your big break could take months, even years, but when and if it does finally come, it might not be all you dreamed it would be. John Mulaney is a 29-year-old stand up comedian who just landed his big break as a writer for comedy legend and game show host Lou Cannon. Much to John’s chagrin, Lou turns out to be a total nightmare and between the stress of his new job and his increasing neglect for his small circle of friends, John questions whether it is all worth it. It is John’s neighbor Oscar, a 71-year- old gay veteran of New York, who gives him the advice he needs to make sense of all the chaos. This show will be a mix of ensemble comedy, stand-up performances and an observational point-of-view.

A red hospital band for the teenagers at the pediatric ward of Ocean Park Hospital in LA signifies a bond they all share, a bond of brotherhood. To this group of teens, Ocean Park is like their “high school”, their “boarding school” and their “summer camp” all rolled up into one, except there is no graduation date. Twelve-year-old Charlie is in a coma and is the narrator of this story about friendship, love, mortality and a different kind of family. Brought together by cancer and various other health issues, the hospital staff, led by top surgeon Dr. Jack McAndrew will try and save their lives; Nurse Jackson will help keep them in line; and gullible nurse Brittany Dobler will unintentionally let them have some fun along the way. Based on a true story and the Spanish series “Polseres Vermelles.”

In this social experiment, 15 Americans set out to build a dream society in one year on three acres of newly purchased land with no food, no family, no heat and no laws, except the ones they write themselves. In order to build this new society, they also need to set guiding principles, choose a leader, a government, a religion and figure out how to grow their own food. As individuals they’ll have to become invaluable to the collective or be removed and replaced by a viewer at home with a stake in this new existence. The inhabitants are observed carefully as they resolve conflicts, make decisions and ultimately work to create their own version of Utopia -- if one really exists.

Backstrom is a man with no filter, bringing his own unique approach to police work. Second in line after Backstrom is Detective Nicole Gravely, who works hard to compensate for his self-destructive behavior. Despite his proclivities, Backstrom and the rest of his eccentric team always manage to get their perp and solve the case on his terms.

Empire Entertainment reigns in the music world and Lucious Lyon is its founder and CEO, for now. After learning he has a disease that will cripple and incapacitate him in three years, Lucious knows he must pick a successor to his “throne.” His three sons Andre, Jamal and Hakeem each have traits that will help them succeed, but all are lacking the total package. As Lucious prompts his sons to vie for the job, his ex-wife Cookie, released from jail seven years early, shows up unexpectedly to collect for taking the fall for the criminal acts that helped finance Empire’s beginnings. Among all the chaos, Lucious has his current girlfriend and head of A&R, his hard working assistant and long time friend and Chairman of the Board to help keep his empire running. Set to an original soundtrack written and produced by Timbaland this story follows Lucious Lyon as he tries to keep his family together while choosing one to rise above and continue his legacy.

On the positive side, he can do anything he wants; on the negative side, there is no one to share it with. But Phil will push on with the hope that one day he will find another person left on Earth. Until then, Phil will live a life of adventure with no rules, no judgments and all the freedom in the world.

Viewers at home can play along with an interactive component to this high stakes, high drama and high comedy quiz show.

What it should have said is “Where Paradise is Lost.” When Secret Service Agent Ethan Burke drives into town to find two missing federal agents, a truck slams into his car landing him in the hospital. When he wakes up, he remembers everything about himself, but can’t seem to get word to his wife or his boss. There is no communication with the outside world. When Ethan’s wife and teenage son are told he is missing and tests show he was never even in his car, they are very suspicious and decide to launch their own search. Back in Wayward Pines, Ethan is on his own path, trying to figure out what is wrong with this town and its residents. Based on the best-selling novel “Pines” by Blake Crouch.
