AccomplishmentsIn my current position as store manager I lead by being an example for all my employees. I currently have a staff of 42employees and I have led a staff of up to 70. I set daily goals and expectations through coaching and challenging whilehaving a rewarding atmosphere. My store currently is number 13 in the company for lowest shrink at .39% for 2013.Customer service is always my number one focus as a leader my store is currently outranking district scores, region andcompany scores in customer service surveys. Training is a crucial part in being a leader and I recently have beenworking with other store mangers in the Seattle area helping my DM on training local store mangers when needed thisshows that I have strong competencies to be trusted to show and teach others when needed.
