Responsible for complete operation of Boiler and its auxiliaries during shift.

Monitoring and trending of all equipment parameter for safe operation.

Handling Emergencies and avoiding unit trips by taking quick and correct action.

Responsible for Cold /Hot/ Warm start up, Normal Operation at 600MW.

Responsible to ensure trouble free operation.

Isolation of equipment for maintenance work coordinating.

Organizing PTW for the maintenance staff and other agencies.

Keeping all records of all in log book.

During routine operation, taking care of equipment change over.

Instruction to field engineers for safe operation of Power Plant.

Ensuring safety norms & safe work practices.

Work Coordination with team members.

Giving training to client side new engineers in field and also in DCS operation.

Successfully done Hydro test for boiler pressure parts, Gas Distribution Test.

Successfully Commissioned Boiler and its Auxiliaries namely Fuel Oil System, Air and Flue
