INTERNAL WALLSystem: It is made with carcass with special shaped profiles.

Inner Surface Coating: 8 mm thick precast concrete panel is used. (In the metropolitan cabins with WC, PVC panels are used for coating the inner surface.)Wall Insulation: 40 mm thick, 10 kg / m³ polystyrene foam (EPS) with fire class B1; Heat insulation is made with full, healthy and safe materials.

ROOFRoof System: The specially shaped construction and the carrier are produced with the aid of one-piece profiles, the roof is made of 20 cm eaves and 36 cm height. Rainwater is discharged through corner columns.Roof Insulation: It is made of 80 mm thick mattress glass wool (14 kg / m³).Inner Surface Coating: The inner surface is covered with PVC Paneling. (Optionally 8 mm precast concrete panel can be used.) In the metropolitan cabins with WC, PVC panels are used for coating the inner surface.)Outer Surface Coating: 0.5 mm thickness 27 mm * 200 mm depth Natural Trapeze Galvanized Sheet

DOORSExterior Door: White PVC joinery door with TSE certificate is available in dimensions of 90x210 cm.Interior Door: Wooden american door is available in dimensions of 80x200 cm.

WINDOWSWindow: White PVC with TSE certificate is available in dimensions of 120x100 cm.Molding: PVC moldings are used on the inside edges of the windows.Glass: 4 + 9 + 4 double glazing is used

PAINTSExterior Wall: Exterior surfaces are painted to the desired color with silicone based housepaint.Door Frames: 1 layer Rapid prime paint is applied.Metal Parts: 1 layer Rapid prime paint is applied.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION (Under plaster)

System: Each room has a key, a socket, and a phone jack.

Also on the four corners of the fringe spot luminaires are

used for illumination.

Cable: Electrical power 2000 W 220 Volt, 3x2,5 mm for pits,

2x1,5 mm for illuminations TSE certifi ed NYM cables are

used.

Lighting Luminaire: TSE certifi ed circular luminaires are

used for lighting.

Socket and Switches: TSE certifi ed materials are used.

SANITATION SYSTEM

Sanitary Ware: TSE certifi ed materials are used.

Clean Water Installation: TSE certifi ed PPRC materials are used.

Waste Water Installation: TSE certifi ed PVC materials are used.

EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS

Laying 20 cm concrete more than cabin measures, installation

of the cabin, installation of electrical, clean water and waste-

water connections is the responsibility of the customer.

LIFTING FUNCTION

Containers can be lifted and lowered with lifting eyes and

steel ropes from all four corners.
