Roadside AssistanceDEAR KARMA OWNERThe Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance program is a set of complimentary benefits and services provided to Karma vehicle owners. Your Karma vehicle is automatically covered by Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States or Canada for five years (60 months) from the date of purchase. Your Karma vehicle is covered regardless of the driver. Our qualified client services professionals and nationwide independent specialized network of Rescue Agents1 will assist you when you need it the most. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the services available under this program and keep this brochure in your vehicle at all times. Karma Automotive is committed to providing you with a superior level of service and care. HOW TO GET SERVICEPlease read this brochure to understand how to receive assistance under the Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance program.

For immediate assistance anywhere in the United States or Canada, Call Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance Toll Free at: 1-844-277-3589.

When you call Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance, please have as much of the following information available as possible:2

• Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), which is located on your registration, insurance card and stamped on a plate which is visible through the lowest part of the windshield on the driver's side

• The telephone number from which you are calling and/or a telephone number where you can be reached

• Owner's name and home address

• Exact location of the vehicle, including the nearest major intersection or highway number and nearest mile marker

• The type of service required and a brief description of the problem

Do not abandon your vehicle. Please wait at your vehicle if it is safe to do so, or in a nearby secure location for the Rescue Agent to arrive.

Our customer service representatives will confirm the estimated time of arrival and provide you with the information on the Rescue Agent that will be assisting you.

SINCE THESE RESCUE AGENTS ARE INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES NEITHER OWNED, CONTROLLED NOR OPERATED BY KARMA AUTOMOTIVE, KARMA AUTOMOTIVE CANNOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE RENDERING OF SUCH SERVICE. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DAMAGE, LOSS OR UNSATISFACTORY WORKMANSHIP LIES SOLELY WITH THE RESCUE AGENTS AND ANY FACILITIES PROVIDING SERVICE.

KARMA AUTOMOTIVE MAY CANCEL ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE ON ANY KARMA VEHICLE AT ANY TIME BY WRITTEN NOTICE. THERE IS NO REFUND AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION. THE SERVICES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES DESCRIBED IN THIS BOOKLET ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES PROVIDEDEMERGENCY RECOVERY

If your Karma vehicle becomes inoperative due to a mechanical breakdown, or if you have any concern that it cannot be operated safely, Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance will arrange recovery of your Karma vehicle to the nearest Karma Automotive Retailer (or an alternate repair facility, depending on the roadside event).

If emergency recovery is required, the service will be provided by an open (not covered or enclosed) flatbed truck. Your vehicle will be moved from the location of disablement to the nearest Karma Automotive Retailer within a maximum distance of 100 miles. You are responsible for the cost of recovery in excess of 100 miles or transportation to a Karma Automotive Retailer other than the nearest location. A request to recover your vehicle to your home will also require additional payment if that distance exceeds the distance to the nearest Karma Automotive Retailer. Please be aware that for security reasons, the recovery service will not be provided for unattended vehicles. A licensed driver must accompany the vehicle at the time of service.

Fees for excess mileage and additional services that are not covered under the Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance program will be determined and billed at the time of disablement and paid directly to the Rescue Agent.

A KARMA REVERO CANNOT BE SAFELY TOWED WITH ANY OF THE WHEELS TOUCHING THE GROUND.

FLAT TIRE

Your Karma vehicle is not equipped with a spare tire. If the Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance provider determines the tire has a slow leak, the provider will attempt to remedy the leak. If the flat tire cannot be addressed at the location of disablement, Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance will arrange recovery of your Karma vehicle to the nearest Karma Automotive Retailer (or an alternate repair facility, if necessary) within the towing parameters of the service. You should not attempt to repair a damaged tire.

EMERGENCY FUEL

If your vehicle runs out of fuel, Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance will provide up to three (3) gallons of appropriate fuel to enable you to reach the nearest gas station.

LOCK OUTS

Your vehicle is designed to prevent lock outs from occurring. However, Rescue Agents are trained to assist you with gaining access to your vehicle. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIS ENTRY ATTEMPT. The Rescue Agent will require verification of vehicle ownership, including vehicle registration and photo identification, prior to providing support with access. If the Rescue Agent is unable to provide access to the vehicle, your vehicle will be recovered to the nearest Karma Automotive Retailer. You are responsible for payment of all additional labor, as well as all parts, including the cost of replacement keys.

JUMP STARTS

If your low voltage battery becomes depleted or your vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown, the Rescue Agent will provide a jump start for your vehicle. If your vehicle cannot be driven safely, Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance will arrange recovery of your Karma vehicle to the nearest Karma Automotive Retailer.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO "JUMP START" YOUR VEHICLE.

REUNITE TOW

A reunite tow is not covered under the Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance Program. In the event your vehicle is delivered to a Karma Automotive Retailer you are solely responsible for your own transportation after the recovery service has been rendered and return transportation to your vehicle following any repairs.

TOW AND STORE AND TOW

If the Karma Automotive Retailer is closed at the time of delivery, Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance will arrange for the storage of the vehicle and redelivery when the facility reopens.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM ROADSIDE COVERAGE• Parts and/or labor costs for any

replacement keys, lock cylinders and key fobs

• Delivery of a battery

• Recovery of a vehicle from one Karma Automotive Retailer capable of providing the necessary repairs to another Karma Automotive Retailer for any reason

• Accidents and rescue of your Karma vehicle involved in any accident is not covered under Karma Automotive Roadside Assistance. For accident recovery, please contact your insurance company

• Except as provided in this brochure, the cost of any parts, labor, tire repair storage fees, or any labor performed at the Karma Automotive Retailer unless otherwise provided under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty

• Any form of impound towing, or towing by someone other than a licensed service station or garage and any related fines or impound towing charges due to a violation of local laws

• Recovery services provided by anyone other than a Karma Roadside Assistance Rescue Agent, including a private citizen or other recovery provider

• Services required outside the United States and Canada

• Expenses incurred for hotels, meals, car rentals, taxi fare or airfare while your vehicle is disabled or being repaired are not included

• Expenses resulting from calls from cellular phones, delays or displacement.

• Services to any vehicle that is inaccessible or hazardous for a Rescue Agent to reach
