The new brochure for the Calgary Pro Musica Society 2017-2018 Season will be available at our final concerts on April 30 and May 2. The brochure will contain information about all the concerts planned for our 41st Anniversary Season. If you are unable to attend the final concert, a subscription package will be mailed to you.

We’re very excited about launching the new Patron Manager database system. While your information has migrated successfully, the very first subscription cycle requires manual seat reservation so that your historic seats are not released to the general public when online booking opens.

To ensure that your seats are saved, we will continue to offer subscription renewals in the paper tradition, during the transition period. While the online method is easiest and the preferred method in future years, a paper option will always be available.

At the April/May final concerts, we will offer both on-site electronic renewal as well as renewal packages similar to prior years but with a general rather than customized form.

Fung Ling and board volunteers will have laptop on hand to help take your credit card or cheque payment information, and the new system will email you a receipt. With either method, all subscribers will have the benefit of early bird pricing when renewed by June 1.

If you are joining us for the Young Artists Debut Concert on Monday April 24, we would also be happy to assist you with the early renewal process, in advance of the Karina Gauvin concert dates when renewal packages are distributed.
