authorization to provide a salary counter-
proposal and to continue our discussions on the two open
articles. Please let me know when your team is
available to meet in open, public session to discuss our
counter-proposals.
We had previously offered the 8th, 9th, 10th and 20th; if none
of those work for your team, please let me
know some options that might.
