AIR DEVIATIONThosewishingtodeviatefromtheairarrangementsmadeforthegrouphavetwooptions:

1.Tomake theirownflightarrangements (‘LandOnly’): thosewishing to take thisoptionwillneedtomaketheirownwaytowherethetourbeginsandfromwhereitconcludes.Anypersonchoosingthe‘landonly’optionmustarrangetheirowngroundtransportationtoandfromtheairports.Ifthe‘landonly’optionisselectedaftertheinitialfull-tourreservationhasbeenmade,a$50changefeeupto120daysprior todeparturewillapply.Anyonechanging toa ‘landonly’option lessthan120daysprior todeparturewillbesubject toa$1,000changefee.Thosechoosinga‘landonly’packagewillnotcounttowardsthegroup’scomplimentarypositions.

2.ThosewhochoosetoreturntoSanFranciscoonthegroupflightonJuly6,withoutstoppinginLondon,maydosowithoutpenalty.

3.For other deviations, the airlines will permit some members of the group todeviateonthereturn.Thespecificconditionsapplicabletothegroup’stourwillbeadvisedoncetheflightsareconfirmed.Adeviationfeeof$175plusanyapplicableadditionalairfarewillbecharged.Noapplicationswillbereceivedafter120dayspriortodeparture.

Shouldworldconditionsaffectthestagingofthetour,theU.S.StateDepartmentbanstraveltothecountriesincludedintheitineraryorshouldKIdeterminethatthesafetyofitsclientsisotherwisebetterserved,KIreservestherighttoofferacomparableprogramatanalternatedestination. Should this offer not be accepted by each passenger within 10 days of theoffering,thecancellationpenaltiesoutlinedabovewillapply.Allcancellationsmustbemadeinwritingandsentbymail,faxore-mailtoKI.

SUBSTITUTIONSKIrecognizesthatcircumstancesoccurwhereitmaybenecessarytocancelparticipationinthisprogram.Substitutionsareencouragedsothatcancellationfeescanbeavoided.Theonlyadditionalcostforasubstituteistheinsurancepremium,whereaninsurancepackagehasbeenpurchased,asthesepaymentscannotbetransferred.Substitutiondeposits/paymentsmustbereceivedbyKIbeforearefundtotheoriginalpassengerismade.Theymustbemadenolaterthan60dayspriortotravelorchargeswillapply.

PASSPORTSEverytourmembermusthaveavalidpassportthatwillbeineffectforatleastthreemonthsafterthedateofconclusionofthetour.KImustreceiveacopyofthepassportnolaterthan120dayspriortodeparture.

VISAS: U.S. CITIZENSUS citizens do not require a visa to enter Italy/UK provided their stay is no longer than 90 days. Some Eastern Europe countries, most notably the Russian Federation, dorequireUScitizenstohaveanentryvisa.

SOME HIGHLIGHTS:CANCEL FOR ANY REASON BENEFITIf you cancel your Trip for any reason not otherwise covered by this policy, the insurance company will reimburse you for 75% of the prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits you paid for your Trip provided: 1) your premium payment was received within 14 days of the initial deposit/payment for your Trip; and 2) you cancel your Trip two (2) days or more before your Scheduled Trip Departure Date.
