Karam Umrah Services We are a subsidiary of Dur Hospitality Company established in 1976. The company has a strong, proven track record, with an extensive decades-long experience in the management, development and operation of hotels and residential communities throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Makarem Hotel Group is a division of Dur Hospitality Company which is characterized by a genuine Islamic and spiritual atmosphere that enhances the pilgrimage experience for guests. The Group won several international awards in the hotel management and operation sectors. It has five hotels in Makkah:

Issuing Visas and OperatingThe company has signed a contract with Mokhaa, the best electronic services center certified by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which delivers an efficient and high-quality system. The company is working on a program with top-level features to ensure high quality, error free performance. The program will also provide multiple reports on the movements of pilgrims, making it easier for the company and its agents around the world to view pilgrims’ movements details at the same time.

Meet and Greet ServicesOur reception and farewell staff members are professionally trained to ensure presenting top-quality services to all guests, including pilgrims and other visitors. Their training includes applying the most courteous and professional methods and standards in dealing with various guests’ temperaments and minimize time waiting in departures and arrivals area as well as handling emergency situations.

Catering ServiceWe appreciate the cultural and ethnic diversity of our customers and are committed to cater a wide variety of nutritional, dietary and cuisine requirements. Karam seeks to provide specialized food services for guests through the group of hotels owned by the company, as well as several high-quality caterers in both Makkah and Madinah.
