* Before and after use shall check and ensure that each part of the intact.

* Load the capsule body and cap:

2.1 Put the body plate in a clean flat and put the the frame of thearrangement plate on the body plate.

2.2 Put about 100 Capsules body in the frame.

2.3 And then pick up the plate body and arranged wheel swinging around,capsule body will fall into the plate hole one by one, then, pour the extra capsulebody out.

2.4 Make sure where the capsules in the main board are located correctly.You can use a capsule to stick and pull the wrong one out, which can flip thewrong one upside down.

2.5 Load the capsule cap Change the body plate to the cap plate,and change capsule body to capsule cap, Execute according to2.1-2.4

Take back the plate that has been installed capsule body, then spread thepowder on the plate body, Scrape the board back and forth on the body, When the capsule body is full on powder, scraping plate excess powder.

Attention that should be paid to the angle of the powder scraping plate to maintain a certain angle, so as to make each capsule have roughly the same material. If necessary, you can gently knock on the board with a scraping board, so that the material into the capsule is more uniform.

4.1 Align the middle plate without gaps on the top of the cap plate, In orderto the part that cap just loaded plate cap higher of the cap plate come into themiddle plate hole.

4.2 And then two boards together to flip 180 degrees, align the body plateup and down gently, When the capsule cap is slightly locked with the capsulebody, turn the whole set of plates down to the cap plate, Body plate up andforced compaction. 5. Attention

5.1 The arrangement of the plate diagonal two positioning screws should bealigned with the body plate positioning holes.

5.2 The long part of empty capsule is call the capsule body, short call thecapsule cap.

5.3 In step 4. 2.4 , If capsule body (or cap) opening down should be take outand adjust to that capsule opening up.

5.4 In step 4.3, it liked If capsule cap opening down should be take out andadjust to that capsule opening up.

5.5 In step 4.4, If the loading amount is not enough, Shake the capsuleplate, then Load the powder, you can also compress the press plate, thenloading a little powder.

5.6 After used capsule plate, It can be washing by Purified water, airing or brush. Do not use dryer or oven.

5.7 The capsule plate should be put back in time after airing, and should beplaced in a timely manner, so as to avoid the deformation caused by long timeflat discharge.
