SYNOPSIS - KANCHE AUR POSTCARDSKanche aur Postcard is about childhood in the alleys of a small town. An everyday, light-hearted story of a boy wanting and being denied a game of marbles while on vacation. The movie is through the Childs Point of view. It is about how this child Vipin buys the marbles and lies about the money and then gets the money back but later that night he realises that whatever he did was wrong and confesses to his grandmother. The film revolves around the life of Vipin, his thoughts and also reminds of the often-overlooked yet very essential differences of perception and understanding between children and adults.Beautiful story with a very simple and nice Moral.

Theme of the FilmIt is a story full of drama, with deeply felt rejections, difficult choices and unfortunate compromises. The film explores deeper themes of class, caste, control and acceptance. Its a movie through a eyes of a young protagonist.

Promo of the Film

Why I choose this movie????The story of the movie. Its Simplicity. The music of the movie was perfect according to me. It made sense. The child actor Pradhuman Singh Chaudhary has done a brilliant work. His innocence captivates the audiences. Its a very realistic story and each and everyone can find a emotional connect to it, which is one of the most important part in a movie. There is truth in the movie which helps people to relate to it. The shots in this movie are beautiful. I just loved it. BASICALLY THERE WAS NOTHING IN THIS MOVIE THAT I DIDNT LIKE.

Production and Visual Value of the FilmThe film was shot in Udaipur last year with local actors and non-actors.With a minimal crew and budget, the film was shot on location in various streets of the old city.To get a realistic feel in the film, Director Ridham Janve had to shoot many shots on the streets with real people. The songs of the film were sung by the children themselves.THANK YOU!!
