Take part in the opportunity to present yourself and your business to new potential clients,meet other practitioners, and participate in a joint marketing program to promote health,wellness, fitness, nutrition, healing, spirituality and more in Kamloops!

Join us Friday June 17 - Sunday, June 19, 2011 for The Kamloops Wellness Festival at Let’sMove Studio and Wellness Centre on McGill Place. The Festival is designed to promoteHealthy living, alternative healing and wellness in Kamloops and is an opportunity for you tomake contact with large numbers of potential customers.

This event will be well-promoted and is expected to draw over 500 attendees who do morethan just pass through - most clients stay and return for much of the weekend! Attendance is free to the public - we feel this is a great way to present an accessible com-munity event!

The event is organized by Yoga Tree: The Interior Wellness Magazine, Let’s Move Studio andThe Emotional Cleanse. Cara Beckett and Elizabeth Beeds are the Festival Organizers.

Throughout the weekend we will enjoy the presentations of local keynote speakers as well asworkshops by local teachers.

Healthy food and live music are available for the entire weekend. There will also be a Mar-ketplace open for the weekend with such items as yoga clothing, crystals, metaphysical sup-plies, food supplements, books and more. In a Healing Garden, practitioners will be offeringtheir services for attendees at $1 a minute, with practitioners receiving 50% of the proceeds.

You are invited to attend. As a Health Provider, you have the following options:

• Booth/display • Sales table in the Marketplace • An opportunity to be a presenter or speaker • An opportunity to be a Practitioner in the Healing Garden• An opportunity to be involved as a volunteer

(needed for reception and room management)

If you are interested in any of these opportunities to put your business in front of a largegroup of people interested in wellness, please apply online. Applications must be in by May15th, and you will be notified after that if your application has been accepted.

table - not round and no more than 2 feet deep and MUST be delivered to the site, labelled with your name by9pm on Thursday June 16. Otherwise you will be charged $10 for table rental. Table covers are not provided.

Prices Our prices include the entire weekend! 3 days of connection, marketingand community enjoyment. HST will be added. We will sell out - Spacesare only guaranteed once paid! Prices include table rental and 1 chair.

Healing GardenLast year we were booked solid in the healing gardenwith line-ups all weekend!

You can apply to be a Practitioner and have the oppor-tunity to work directly with potential customers and givethem an introduction to your services. Clients will becharged $1 a minute, with a minimum of 10 minuteblocks. You will receive 50% of the money earned!

The basic cost for you as a practitioner is $40 which in-cludes just 2 feet of space on a shared table for yourbrochures. This is the minimum amount of space requiredand is a very small spce only room for brochures. If you’d like more space such as 3, 4or 6 feet then you can book that! See the prices page.

Let us know your service as well as times you are available - make sure you book inyour own breaks as well as time to be at your table!

Presentations and WorkshopsApply to be a presenter or workshop leader! We are looking for professional, well-pre-pared classes, workshops and talks given by dynamic and confident leaders in ourcommunity. Give us a couple of options for talks and times you are availlable.

Locations are both in the studio as well as in the outdoor movement tent!

You must have a paid table space in order to be a presenter. The minimum space forthat is the 2 feet of brochure space for $40. Presenters who purchase sponsorshippackages will be given priority times as well as special advertising.

If you are interested in any of these opportunities please apply online. Applications forspeakers/presenters must be in by May 30th, and you will be notified immediatelyafter that if your application has been accepted. Table space applications will betaken until June 6, or until all spaces have been filled.
