Operating the units and performing the required field works.

Troubleshooting the machines problems and performing Root Cause

Analysis for emergency shutdowns and trips and equipment malfunction.

Attended two GE gas turbines major overhauls and many combustion

inspections.

Attended two TOSHIBA steam turbine major overhauls.

Coordinate the operation testing, commissioning of machines after

overhauling.

Attending the mechanical maintenance activities.

Using GE toolbox software to check the logic signals.

Taking fast and correct action during critical situations like fuel or

chemicals leakage and fire and supervising the plant safety.

Recommended for Distinguished employee award (in progress).

a) Operation and commissioning engineer of the power plant (GE 6FA Gas

turbine, NEM HRSG, Siemens Steam turbine and BOP).with following

activities :

Follow construction work.

Follow the system flushes, steam blows and hydrostatic and pneumatic

testing.

Coordinate the operation testing, commissioning and preparing all plant

locally.

Power plant operator for (cold, warm and hot) start up, units load

increasing and decreasing ,normal operation and shut down ; using MKVI

(Gt), PCS7 (ST) and DCS (all other equipments).

b) Participate in the plant commissioning process.

c) Good knowledge about using functional control diagrams and control

systems.
