projects, being carried out in Keppel FELS Main Yard. DETAILS CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION
Assembly, Testing & Pre-commissioning of leg Fixation system with a group of workmen as a team Leader. Repair and Overhauling various type of Pumps (such as- Centrifugal pump, Gear pump, Vane pump, Piston pump, Screw pump, Diaphragm pump); Valves (main stop valve, safety valve, blow down valve & others type valve); Compressor, Agitator, Economizer, Heat exchanger, Boiler, Marine equipments & Drilling equipment.
Involved in machine shop for various type of machining. Such as- Milling, Turning, Shaping, Drilling, Machine Tapping, Boring & many other jobs depend upon the ship owner requirements.
Fault finding and Trouble shooting of Mechanical System, Drilling system, Process system, Pilot operating system (Auto control), Fire control system, Fixation system, Jacking system And Skidding system.
Commissioning of Machinery equipment, Drilling equipments, Process equipment, Main Generator, Deck machinery and Propulsion system, Including above mention Mechanical and control system.
Documents record keeping task and exploration in all type Mechanical, Commissioning and Equipment Assembly blue print.
Execution of Project, team works and Co-ordinate with Client & Consultant.
Participate in industrial safety requirements and productivity event.
