Leave: All employees would be eligible for 22 days leave in a year, which are non-encashable .Leave calculation will be done from April to March cycle.

Leave taken Without Notice will be deducted from Salary.

Holiday List:For employees operating from customer site: Will be governed by the holiday list of customer site.

Office Hours:

As per instructed from Site.

Attendance:Maintained by software, late attendance will be treated after grace period of 10 minuets from sharp in-time.

Medical:All employees will be eligible for ESI as per government regulation.

Confirmation:General Probation Period is 6 months, it may increase/decrease depending on Employees Performance.

No salary review will be done during confirmation other than exceptional cases.
