Before their plan starts, Choice product members will receive a welcome email and phone call to help them get up to speed quickly and easily with their new plan.

Flexible Choice and PPO members will receive a new ID card and sleeve that have been designed to assist them especially when they get care with network providers. Along with the new card, Flexible Choice members will receive an ID card “getting started” insert.
