I have a tremendous passion for theatre and photography which has followed me from a young age, and I love working in a creative environment. Personal Statement

I pride myself in being a positive and driven individual seeking the next challenge in my career. I have a tremendous passion for theatre and photography which has followed me from a young age, and I love working in a creative environment. Over the last few years I have excelled in bringing my vast knowledge of customer service and events planning together, resulting in new responsibilities. This includes being solely responsible for training a new management team at Spring Studios NYC. Overall I strive to be a hardworking and valued colleague to any team, and always achieve a very high quality of work.

Work Experience

Studio Manager/ Events co-ordinator ♦ Spring Studios ♦ May 2013 - Present

Responsibilities:

Hiring and managing a team of 15 + studio assistants. This includes running a rigorous three day training programme which I created.

Overseeing all the shoots that take place. Liaising and creating relationships with producers. Appointed line manager to the casting suites producer at Spring Studios. Producing all the events that take place at Spring Studios. I was recently sent to our new NYC studios to represent London. Single-handedly I trained the new

management team.

Responsibilities:

Running monthly customer service training for all employees, which I created. Responsible for cashing up / office management / floor plans. Introducing target based incentives to my team. Creating bonds with regular customers. Helping the area managers and visual merchandisers with floor moves.
