Hull construction includes use of top quality USA-made, Cook® gel coat with UVinhibitor. Hand-laid Knytex® fiberglass construction with closed-cell PVCsandwich core used in topsides. Solid fiberglass below waterline with blister-resistant epoxy hull coating.

Teak aft and side decks.

Boat and fore decks have GripTex® non-skid finish.

Marine-grade plywood bulkheads with molded fiberglass hat section stringers.

Interior hand rubbed finished solid teak and veneers.

LAYOUTLAYOUT

When we discuss the layout of a KADEY-KROGEN, we must begin withthe cockpit. The cockpit is fully covered (a Kadey-Krogen signature feature) andenclosed with quality custom made marine materials. The cockpits areconsidered by the Krogen owners to be their "back porch" or "sun room", addingyear-round livability and square footage to the saloon area!

SIMPLIFIED is set up for fishing with two powered Fathom-Master down riggers,rod holders, hot & cold cockpit shower/wash-down to clean up the area with.

One incredible feature? "SIMPLIFIED comes with an inflatable HOT TUB!!!Controls are in the cockpit! Wow...how fun, walk-through door leading to theswim platform and your personal HOT TUB!

Entering into the saloon, you're enveloped by warm teak. The settee to port, pullsout to a double berth. A dinette to starboard seat 4 for dinner. This saloon issuch a wonderfully social environment, especially opening the saloon door thatflows nicely into the cockpit. There is a TV connected to the KVH satellitereceiver and there's abundant storage under both the settee and dinette.

The galley is forward of the saloon, to starboard. Equipped with a Force 10 stove& oven, GE Spacemaker microwave oven, Norcold refrig/freezer - essentiallyeverything an epicurean would desire being on the water...somewhere special.And with the abundant storage provided, go ahead and provision to cross an

ocean! You certainly have the fuel range for such a voyage...

Across from the galley is a library/storage cabinet.


Heading up three stairs brings you into the command centerpilothouse. Immediately on your port side is a cabinet that houses the combowasher/dryer and the ships electrical distribution center. You can immediately tell,thispilothouse was designed for the serious voyager. The spaciousness, visibilityand extremely comfortable settee puts you in the focal point of your voyage.The settee pulls out and makes into a double watch berth. These are qualities justnot found in comparable yachts (a Krogen signature feature). The Navigationalsuite is impressive to say the least.

Proceeding downstairs takes you to the living quarter with an enclosed headand separate stall shower. Forward is the queen sized island master. There is anabundant amount of storage in the owners stateroom. There are two large hanginglockers and a chest of drawers and even drawers at the foot of the berth. Storageis also extended beneath the berth too as you'll find a ships safe there. Naturalventilation is superb, provided by a Lewmar Ocean Series deck hatch and openingportlights. Above the dresser is a flat-screen TV connected to the KVH satellitereceiver.

Engine room access is through a walk-in door, and the Krogen 39 boasts a stand-up engine room. To the starboard side of the engine room is a work tablewith storage beneath. Its just a spectacularly easy place to enjoy your holyspace...Comfortable temperature throughout SIMPLIFIED is controlled by a dieselWebasto hydraunic heating system as well as a marine air conditioning/heatingsystem! So you've essentially got redundant heating! The engine roomengineering in SIMPLIFIED is most impressive. Save that for your visit aboard...
