Kaya Hotels & Resorts, a leader of the Turkish tourism industry, is the group that introduced into this country the concept of four-season hotel operations and determined their standards. The Group renders services to its guests with different hotel concepts at correct locations in regions that are most significant for the Turkish tourism.

It inaugurated Kaya Side, the first five-star hotel of the Antalya region, in 1988. Thanks to its vision and farsighted investments, it has now a total of 11 facilities in Belek, Side, Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bolu, Kartalkaya, Uludağ, Cyprus and Tabriz plus 2 more hotel complexes under construction, which amounts to a total capacity of nearly 14.000 beds.

The Kaya Hotel Group is the largest chain of hotels in Turkey in terms of property ownership. Kaya Management is successfully conducting the operation of Kaya Hotels & Resorts hotels.

Before starting the construction of a hotel, a preliminary feasibility study must be conducted to find out the costs of various types of construction and to take account of the properties of the land plot and its relation with the local development areas. After this stage, you can receive consulting services from our suppliers, manufacturers, architects and engineers. Thus, you can benefit from Kaya Construction’s knowledge and experience. On the basis of all these preliminary stages, a detailed construction project will be created including the budget, the timing and the construction system. Units will be set up to check the implementation at every stage of the construction process.
