TERMS & CONDITIONS A. General 1. The above quotation excludes any additional equipment / services required. 2. The above quotation is valid for seven (7) working days. 3. The supply of Selby's Productions cc services and equipment can be guaranteed only upon signed acceptance of this quotation. 4. Confirmation and acceptance of this quotation must be accompanied by an official order. 5. Once confirmation and acceptance of this quotation has been received, Selby's Productions cc cannot accept any cancellations for any reason

whatsoever, including inclement weather conditions or electrical disruptions. If the function is cancelled, the full contract price will remain due. 6. Selby's Productions cc reserves the right to withdraw our services or not operate due to unsafe working conditions. 7. The hirer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damages to the equipment (including sub-contractors equipment) during the hire period as a

result of negligence, theft, unruly behavior including willful, careless or accidental damage by artists, guests, public or any other parties on site. 8. Whilst Selbys Productions cc endeavors to comply with all Industry Standard Safety Regulations, we cannot however be held responsible for

any loss or life, injury or theft thereof. B. Requirements 9. 24 hour Security, from arrival on site to departure off site. 10. Meals and refreshments for technical crew that are on site for extensive hours. 11. Qualified medical personal to be on duty for any overhead rigging, installations or hazardous activities for the set up, show and strike. C. Payment of Contract 12. Payment of deposit or full amount to be paid directly into our banking account as stipulated in the quotation/confirmation. 13. Should we not receive a signed order together with proof of payment by date and time stipulated, we reserve the right to withdraw our

services. 14. The full balance outstanding including any additionals to be paid on presentation of our Tax Invoice. 15. All forex charges will be for your own account. D. Additional charges, unless stipulated in advance. 16. Structural Engineers Certificate 17. Electrical Compliance Certificate 18. Electrician fees may be incurred should the supplied power not be suitable for the

application. 19. A generator will be required should the supplied power not be suitable for the

application. 20. Evening functions and activities ending after midnight will incur overtime labour charges. 21. Day functions and activities ending after 17h00 will incur overtime labour charges 22. Sundays and Public Holiday will incur overtime labour charges 23. Liaison with speakers regarding their technical and audio-visual requirements. 24. Presentations requiring specialized or non-standard software, programmes or codex. 25. Printing, photocopying will be charged at R0.35 per mono page and R1.00 per colour page. 26. Internet bandwidth will be charged at R2.00 per Megabyte if the allocated 350 Megabytes per computer per day is exceeded. 27. For any out of the country functions, The client accepts all additional costs known and unknown that may arise for Selby's leaving South Africa,

including, but not limited to, carnage, visas, border fees, medical examinations, insurances.
