    ECCD Law, RA 8900, to rationalize the overlap in the ECCD Law and the Kindergarten Education Act, and to mainstream Special Education

    Higher Education Act, RA 7722, to ensure seamless integration from primary and secondary, to higher education

    TESDA Law, RA 7796, to develop laboratories for entrepreneurship, technical and vocational skills development in on-the-job training (OJT)

    Localization Law, RA 8190, to provide for a more efficient and effective recruitment of teachers for the k to 12 Program

    NSTP Act 2001, RA 9163, requires NSTP in school curricula

    Rizal Law, RA 4125, requires teaching of Rizals life and works
