- Required gross salary for Husband and Wife together to avail the loan
facility of Rs.18.00 Lakhs is Rs. 45,000 – 50,000 per month.

- Anticipated Current Monthly Rent – Rs. 7,000/-
- The bank loan application has to be processed through State Bank of India only. When the applicant produces the required papers properly,
the loan will be sanctioned within 5 days.
- The Purchaser can occupy the flat from January 2018.
- The flats will be registered in the name of wife or in the joint name of
wife and husband on payment of the full amount (not applicable for own fund purchasers).
