A Beneficiary Family will comprise husband, wife and unmarried children. An adult earning member (irrespective of marital status) can be treated as a separate household.

- The Husband/Wife should not own a concrete terraced house in their name (not applicable for own fund purchasers).

- The applicant should produce the following documents along with the

Copy of office ID card – Front & Back

Latest 3 months pay slip

Latest 6 months salary bank Account Statement

Form 16 – For Last 2 years.

Current and Previous Employment proof / Offer Letter (If

current Employment is less than a year)

Existing loan details (if any)

- Required gross salary for Husband and Wife together to avail the loan

facility of Rs.18.00 Lakhs is Rs. 45,000 – 50,000 per month.

Additional Information:

- Approximate EMI - 20 years - Rs.13,554/-

- Anticipated Current Monthly Rent – Rs. 7,000/-

- The bank loan application has to be processed through State Bank of India only. When the applicant produces the required papers properly,

the loan will be sanctioned within 5 days.

- The Purchaser can occupy the flat from January 2018.

- The flats will be registered in the name of wife or in the joint name of

wife and husband on payment of the full amount (not applicable for own fund purchasers).
