How to access eBooks through OLIVER Library online

This guide is for accessing eBooks from the OverDrive shared library through OLIVER Library in the DoE portal.

1. Open the Student Portal and click OLIVER Library:

2. Search eBook or select Browse Lists:

3. Select a book from the eBooks list OR click Show all items:

4. Click on a text and click Borrow eBook

A tick means the book is available for reading.

A cross means it is not available and can be placed on hold.

A question mark means it is waiting to load.

Check

• Is it an eBook?

• Is it available?

5. The SORA app will open with the book you have borrowed.

Click on BORROWED to manage your loan and return books.

Books will be automatically be returned after 20 days.

Click on OPEN BOOK to begin reading on your device.
