I am currently a Sales Manager for AT&T which includes me overseeing all aspects of a Retail Store, including reaching out to large corporations and small businesses to set them up with their wireless needs as well as setting up fiber to the building to assist with point of sales and other items they have running on broadband. During my seven year career as and individual participant and Sales Manager I have developed the necessary to attributes to creating long lasting relationships with companies and consumers to deliver an experience that has contributed to AT&T earning seven straight JD Power and Associate awards for Best Buying Experience and Customer Service. I was trained for six months in Atlanta, GA to learn for Trainers, Directors, Executives, and the CEO of the company on how to correctly deliver these types of experiences. I am proud of some of my accomplishments that followed my training including breaking DirecTV and Digital Life sales for two different Retail Locations. With these types of products it is important to set the correct expectations and train my direct reports to the same with their customers. A large part of my success has been researching accounts that can benefit from our products and better plans which lead to more people being willing to recommend AT&T to other business owners and customers. I believe that I am a good candidate for this position because I have proven a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. In an industry that is every changing to keep up with competition, I have developed the talent to pivot quickly
