This player has been always a very competitive and determined athlete. Despite being a female player on teams made up of primarily boys, she has emerged as a leader and an extremely valuable contributor. This season she had a solid year for the Summerside #2 15U bantam AA Chevys and she was an essential part of their core. However, the highlight of her season was primarily as a shortstop for Team PEI at the National 16U Girls Championship. This player hit with .375 and also had 6 hits, 3 walks, and an on base percentage of 474, 6 runs, and 3 RBI's and 4 stolen bases. She was arguably the most complete player on the Island Team and was noticed by some of the scouts of the Canadian National Woman's Baseball Program. The potential for this player is through the roof and we are excited to see what she can accomplish .
