Snapshot of the activities conducted:-

Revamped the strategy for Mykartavya programme and laid down the plan for Mykartavya 2.0.Some of the key aspects of the revamped strategy are:-1. Skill based volunteering2. Technology based volunteering (Application creation and technology support for NGOs)3. Social advocacy (Advocating volunteering through various NASSCOM Forums)4. Customized volunteering events for member companies.

Organized a week long volunteering initiative under the banner of “Bring the change week 2013” – Over 100 volunteers across 8 member companies took part in the initiative.

Conceptualized and implemented a one day conclave on volunteering “Evolving Employee Engagement: Key game changer for driving CSR” on 17th December 2013 in collaboration with IBM’s Corporate Citizenship Team.

Managed over 250 volunteers from Intel, Google, Ericsson, Microsoft and Wipro as part of National Digital Literacy Week (NDLW) 2013.

For championing and driving the CSR initiatives for Tech Mahindra, Bangalore. Implementation of social projects – identifying NGO partners within the domain of Disability,

Education, Livelihoods, Women Empowerment and Disaster Management. Diligent monitoring and evaluation of the projects. Monitored 14 NGOs and 16 projects across

the 5 verticals in Bangalore. Capacity building initiatives for the NGO partners and creating linkages with the respective

Government agencies. Driving the employee engagement through In house/out bound volunteerism and social

initiatives. Creating opportunities for sustained volunteering among the associate group. Creating linkages with Government agencies, Professional bodies, Corporate and like minded

organizations. Regional corporate newsletter, e-campaigning etc. Recruitment and Employee Relations of the field staff.

Snapshot of the activities conducted:-

Initiated “Each 1, Teach 1” initiative across Tech Mahindra Foundation supported NGOs within the education space. The idea behind this initiative was to increase sustained volunteerism among the associate group within the NGOs and Govt. Schools.

CSR day and CSR visits were conducted on a quarterly basis to sensitize the associate community of being socially responsible.

Initiated client based volunteering – Bombardier Aerospace, Apple, KMD, Optus, Philips are some of the clients which took proactive role in being part of the CSR initiatives.

Organized a week long CSR week to highlight the work carried out by the Tech Mahindra Foundation partner NGOs.
