Trained 110 U.S. military and Afghan military in counter IED and explosive awareness. Helped recruit and train over 60 local national Afghans for the Afghan Local Police program. (Afghanistan) Stateside Mission: Responsible for all unexploded ordnance (UXO) and improvised explosive devices (IED) as the primary military bomb squad in eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana and select counties in Utah and Oregon. Primary Training unit for all law enforcement in eastern Washington on UXO and IED identification and procedures. Conduct static displays and robotics briefs in eastern Washington for high schools and outreach programs at other community events. Conduct vehicle, room and route clearance missions for presidential motorcade with guidance from United States Secret Service for the President of the United States and all U.S. diplomats (Seattle WA, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia) Manage the Maintenance section for an EOD company consisting of 13 military tactical vehicles, 30 Bomb suits, 10 X-ray systems and 60 explosive energetic tools. Avionic communication equipment repair U.S. Army 2004-2010 Deployment mission: Avionics component level repair and maintenance on all communication equipment for 24 Apache attack helicopters and eight Kiowa observation and reconnaissance helicopters. Assistant trainer for all unit combative training which lead to the certification of 35 personnel in US army combative level 1 course (Iraq) Stateside mission: Maintain all communication equipment for an aviation organization with 3,000 personnel and 4 different types of military aircraft totaling 80 helicopters. Three months each year participate in the Global Reaction Force, a unit ready to deploy in 18 hours anywhere in the world. I was part of response team to the disaster in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina. Lead training supervisor for a unit consisting of 83 personnel.
