When asked if they identified with more than one culture, Jags declared that they celebrate traditions that come from

over 85 countries!

Other cultural connections, beyond those directly linked to countries, include Canadian Aboriginal, Acadian, Persian,

and Habesha traditions.

Many students are also involved in activities that connect to their culture, such as language, music, and traditional

dance classes.

Jags in CelebrationMost Jags celebrate the Christian holidays (Easter, Christmas, etc.).

However, other holidays that Jags celebrate are: Islamic holidays (Eid, Ramadan, etc.), Jewish holidays (Chanukah, Passover, etc.), Sikh holidays (Vaisakhi, etc.), Hindu holidays (Diwali, Navaratri, etc.), and national Filipino, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Pakistani, German, Ukrainian, Chinese, Nigerian, Haitian, Latin American and Serbian holidays (eg. Independence Days, New Years, Posada, Day of the Dead, Saint Nicolas Day, Slava, etc.)

Together, We Celebrate Our Faith

Though, some respondents did identify as being Agnostic or Atheist, the overwhelming majority of Jags celebrate their faith

with their families and communities.Other than Catholicism, we have many students of other faiths:
