holding owns a metal constructions production plant, road restraint systems production
base and three plants for hot dip galvanizing. In our businesses are occupied over 320 highly

The main activity of company „JUPITER METAL” Ltd. is – production, delivery and installation
of metal constructions, steel towers for electricity transmission networks and for railway
infrastructure, cold formed profiles, metal columns, metal plates, anchor devices, hot dip
galvanized poles for overhead lines, grounding poles, poles for street lighting and many
more.
„JUPITER METAL” Ltd. owns a Plant for production of metal constructions and works, located
in Plovdiv on an area of 26 000 sq. m, consisting of:
Production workshops of the company, equipped with modern metal processing machines:
roll-bending machines, roll-profiling machines, gas cutting machine with CNC control for
cutting sheet metal and details, abcants, guillotines, hydraulic presses, strip cutting hacksaws,
drills, millers, combined press shears, automatic machine for cutting angles with CNC control,
gas cutting machines, welding equipment and many more.
Own vehicle fleet – with trucks and commercial vehicles, tugs, cranes, lifts, forklifts, high
impact machines for post piling and other specialized equipment and machinery.

ACCOUSTIC SCREENS
Since the beginning of 2016 the company "Jupiter Metal" Ltd. is the official distributor of WAG
for noise panels, produced of aluminum and PVC. "Jupiter Metal" Ltd. offers design,
production, delivery and installation of acoustic barriers. Individual approach to every project
guarantees the most effective choice of solution in the process of combating noise.
The noise screens are construction products,
that are designed and installed alongside
motorways, railways and etc. with the purpose
to minimize noise levels up to the required by the
obligatory norms levels for urban areas.

devoted towards reliable cooperation with the

The offered acoustic barriers are applicable for roads, bridges, railways and for noise insulation

STEEL MASTS FOR RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE
Led by the European best practices and trends, the
company „Jupiter Metal” Ltd. offered on the market also
a wide range of hot dip galvanized steel masts for
railway infrastructure and steel tower constructions for
electricity transmission networks. They have several
advantages over the currently used reinforced concrete
structures, such as:
bigger load- bearing capacity with less own
weight;
quick and easy execution of installation due to the lighter construction components;
durability that is realized thanks to the protection of steel components by galvanizing;
low cost for disassembling;
possibility for further use;
implementation of anchor bolts for installing the post to the base, enabling precise fixing
and leveling of the construction, depending on the trajectory of the railway track;

STEEL TOWER CONSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRICITY
TRANSMISSION NETWORKS
„Jupiter Metal” Ltd. produces steel- lattice towers for
electricity transmission networks with high and medium
voltage. The company has a CNC line for punching,
marking, cutting brackets and beams with different
forms. The line enables automatic production of
brackets with feather size from 75 mm to 150 mm and
beams from 35 mm to 150 mm, with extreme rapidity and
possibility for marking the parts with multiple characters.
The offered steel- lattice towers are hot dip galvanized
according to BDS EN ISO1461.
STREET LIGHTNING POLES
„Jupiter Metal” Ltd. produces a full range of hot dip
galvanized steel-tube and polygonal poles for street
and highway lighting. For our clients we offer design
of the facilities and delivery. The steel-tube lightning
poles are metal poles, made by tubes with different
size and diameter with a circular cut section. The
polygonal poles are made by sections up to 12 m,
that are assembled by pinching, if a greater height
is needed.
Hereby the costs for storage, transport and assembling are minimized. In case of damage, it
is possible to replace only the damaged part.
Our poles can be installed by digging or by anchoring (with a flange). In addition to the
lightning poles we offer different types of belaying cleats – single, double, triple and so on,
depending on the customer’s order. The size and height of the pillars can also vary according
to provided by the customer project or be designed according to the customer specific
needs. All products meet the quality standards and are accompanied by the necessary
documents from the manufacturer.
„FORGIVING“ ENERGY ABSORBING POLES
The company „Jupiter Metal“ Ltd. offers innovative technology for improvement of roadside
safety, and namely "forgiving" poles that meet the requirements of BDS EN 12767. The energy
absorbing poles are produced by steel sheets which are bent in conical polygonal shape and
their ends are connected by riveting.
The „forgiving“ poles have passed acceptance testing, that is the basis for issuing a certificate
for CE marking according to Regulation 305/2011/ЕС of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 09/March/2011.
In case of a collision into the „forgiving“ pole, the energy of the impact is absorbed by the pole
as it bends down, which helps the vehicle to gradually slow down, thus limiting the risk of
secondary collisions in trees, pedestrians or others. Suitable for use in urban areas.
GROUNDING ELEMENTS
„Jupiter Metal“ Ltd. offers a wide range of hot dip
galvanized grounding poles and beams, which provide
better lightning protection and grounding of electrical
installations. By the method of hot-dip galvanizing, zinc
penetrates into the crystal lattice of the metal and forms
a strong abrasion resistant coating which provides a
long service life.

layer of zinc is in greater amount, which provides the product with a greater electric conductivity
and lower resistivity.
The hot galvanized grounding elements - rails and rods can be produced according to an

„Jupiter Holding” also owns the company „Jupiter 05” Ltd., which main scope of activity is design
and implementation of new products on the market to increase the safety of the road
infrastructure targeting to minimize the casualties of road accidents.
Our activity is extremely responsible and is closely related to the prevention and minimizing
of road accidents and ensuring the safety of traffic. “Jupiter 05”Ltd. owns a Road Restraint
System Production Plant, located in Plovdiv, situated on 25 917 sq. m., equipped with different
metal cutting and metal treatment machines: roll bending machines for production of two
wave beams type „А“ and type „В“; roll bending machines for production of three wave
beams; machines for production of radius beam and many more. The company is the first
Bulgarian manufacturer of road restraint systems that has initial testing of the products according
to EN 1317 and offers more than 50 products for passive safety of road infrastructure.
The offered by the company restraint systems have successfully passed crash tests according to
BS EN 1317-2 and have CE marking.
„Jupiter 05“ Ltd. is exclusive representative for Bulgaria of:

HOT DIP GALVANIZING ACCORDING TO BDS EN ISO 1461:2009
„Jupiter Holding“ owns three plants for hot dip galvanizing and namely:
Galvanizing plant in Kuklen. The factory occupies
an area of 25,112 sq.m and consists of hot dip
galvanizing workshop with adjoining industrial and
warehouse buildings with a total gross floor area of
7,161 sq. m. In the factory is situated the largest
galvanizing bath in Bulgaria - length 13 m, width
1.6 m and depth 3.2 m. The capacity of the
galvanizing tank is 5000-5500 tonnes per month or
approximately 50,000 tons per year. The plant has
incorporated the latest technologies for hot dip galvanizing that comply with all European
standards for safety, quality and efficiency.
Galvanizing plant in Kaspichan. The factory
occupies an area of 23,400 sq. m. and consists of
hot dip galvanizing workshop with adjoining
industrial and warehouse buildings with a total gross
floor area of 3,600 sq. m. The dimensions of the
galvanizing bath are length 7 m, width 1.5 m and
depth 3 m, and the total annual production
capacity of the plants is approximately 20 000 tons. The technological galvanizing unit for
hot dip galvanizing includes two-chamber dryer, galvanizing bath and auxillary facilities to
them;
Galvanizing plant in Kuklen. The factory occupies
an area of 4,724 sq m and has a total gross floor area
of 1,512 sq.m. The plant offers hot dip galvanizing
through centrifugation. The main activity is aimed at
galvanizing of fasteners, threaded fasteners and
parts. The equipment and technology for applying the
protection zinc coating through the method of hot
dip galvanizing are of a leading in this area American
company. The dimensions of the galvanizing bath are: length 3.2 m., width 1.0 m., depth
2.0 m, and the total annual production capacity of the plants is approximately 12,000
tons. The dimensions of the galvanizing centrifuge are: height 480 mm and diameter 500 mm.
The total production capacity of the three plants is over 80,000 tons per year. The plants
cover all European environmental standards, which makes them the most environmentally
friendly plants in Bulgaria.
The physicomechanical characteristics of the zinc coating conform to BS EN ISO 1461.
In order to assure high quality of the pre-treatment of metals, the plants use the best chemical
products specifically designed for this process from leading European companies. Control on
the basic materials and grading of finished products is carried out by our own chemical-
analytical laboratories. For specific configurations our company helps with competent advice
on the design and construction of the items.
