DIRECTIONS: • Counselors will meet with students during their English class to
complete their schedule online during the week of February 23 – 27. COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO THIS MEETING!
• Students should bring this completed form with them on that day. • Students should see their current teacher for the highlighted areas
to determine level/course recommendations. • Any of the courses that are listed with an * on the “Course
Electives” listing on the back of this worksheet need teacher approval.
• Some courses require a pre-requisite course, please refer to the Course Description Catalog online for this information.
• Students cannot have more than one Study Hall during a school day; therefore the maximum number of “Study Hall” semesters that can be chosen is 2.

The Complete Schedule• A completed schedule is one that has a full 7
class period day.• Keep in mind required electives such as Health
and Computer Science when filling out your schedule (CAD I fulfills the Comp Sci. requirement)
• Students can only take 1 full credit worth of Study Hall per year
• If you are going to sign-up for a class offered at Seton, please add an Elder course back-up
