    The existing fee collection process is manual and tracking of students data is a time

    consuming job.

    The objective of the proposed system is to have a smooth and simple receipt generation

    and integration of consolidated receipts data with Tally.

    The advantages of the proposed software are as follows :

    This will be a multi user application, so it can be deployed at multiple receipt collection

    windows.

    Ease of admission process.

    Centralized database to have an availability of relevant information readily.

    Simpler interface for fast data entry.

    Generation of student Master Data, so at any given point of time studentsstatus will

    be known.

    Based on the data entry, various reports can be generated.

    Integration with Tally will ensure the accuracy of the data. It will also preventduplication of entry.

    Student list is displayed. Admission form is given to student by taking Rs.

    50/- as Provisional Admission Fee which is non-

    refundable.

    System generated receipt for Rs. 50/- is issued to

    student.

    F.Y.J.C. Fee Collection Process includes

    following steps :

    Form is submitted by the student along with

    admission documents.

    Rs. 50/- is charged as admission form fee.

    As per the applicable fee structure, complete fee

    is collected from the student in cash.

    System generated fee receipt will be issued to

    student against the collection of fee.

    At the time of receipt entry, a unique PRN will begenerated and printed on the receipt.

    Against PRN, studentsadmission forms data will

    be updated into the software.

    Studentsdata will be exported to excel and rollno. will be allotted to student by the office staff.

    This will be done manually.

    Allotted roll nos. will be updated against PRN.

    For SYJC admissions, Admission form is given tostudent.

    Rs. 50/- is charged as admission form fee.

    Form is submitted by the student and as per theapplicable fee structure complete fee is collected

    from the student.

    New PRN will be generated in case of non FYJC

    student.

    For SYJC students, HSC Exam Fee & HSC ExamForm Fee will be collected at the time of issuing HSC

    Exam forms.

    System generated receipt will be issued to

    student.

    Consolidated receipts data will be integrated with

    Tally as per the various heads defined in Tally.

    This will avoid the duplication of receipt data

    entry.
