JUNGLE TREKKING SAFETY BRIEFING 1. Inform person in charge if you have any medical & health problems. 2. Should an incident occur, First Aid Box is carried by Person in charge. 3. Watch your step. Be cautious for Slip, Trip & Fall Hazards. 4. Bring sufficient drinking water to prevent dehydration. 5. Always travel in group. Protect and assist your team members. 6. Don’t overexert yourself. Report to you team leader If you need a rest, return back if you can’t handle it or if you have any suspected injury. 7. Keep clean. No littering. 8. Mosquito repellant will be provided. 9. Watch out for hidden threat. Such as snakes, ants, insects and etc. 10. Stay on trail. Avoid trampling endangered plant. 11. Travel light. Don’t carry heavy bag pack. Leave unnecessary things behind.
