Step 1: With the brown cord, make a four strand double cow's hitch. See our

tutorial for instructions.

Step 2: Insert the pink cord through both knots at the working end with equal length

on each side.

Step 3: Bring the left pink cord up between the two left core strands and the right pink cord up between the two right

core strands.

Step 4: Bring the right brown cord behind the three right cords and over the far left

cord.

Step 5: Wrap the same cord around the left strand and bring it back up above itself

as shown. Pull snug.

Step 6: Bring the same cord down over itself and under the left strand again.

Step 7: Wrap it around the left strand and insert it under itself as shown. Pull snug.

Step 8: Repeat steps 4 through 7 with the left cord crossing to the right side. Allow the brown cords to naturally cross in the

back.

Step 9: Bring the left pink cord and insert it down between the two right core

strands.

Step 10: Wrap it over the far right strand and insert it down under itself. Pull snug.

Step 11: Repeat steps 9 and 10 by crossing the right strand over to the left

side.

Step 12: Repeat steps 4 through 8 with the brown cords allowing them to cross in

the back.

Step 13: Wrap the pink cords as before but in reverse order. Start with the right cord crossing over to the left side. Wrap

under and around the left strand and under itself. Pull snug.

Step 14: Now wrap the left cord around the right strand and under itself. Pull

snug.

Continue repeating steps 4 through 14 until you reach the end. At the end, insert the pink cords down between the two left

and two right core strands.

Now with all the cords at the back, you can weave them under a few stitches if

needed then trim and melt the ends.
