Hello and a warm Welcome

Goodness we are just about half way through the year and have we been having fun touring around New Zealand!. What a

colourful delight our Autumn South Island Tour was travelling through the South Island by coach and on the three amazing

Rail Journeys: Coastal Pacific, TranzAlpine and the historic Tairei Gorge.

No camera will ever really capture the true grandeur of The South Island. Together we all had alot of fun as we toured around

the awe-inspiring countryside and snow capped mountains, with such breathtaking beauty. As we travelled around each

corner, a new view bursted into sight, and just seemed to overwhelm us with sensational beauty.

the Tasman Sea at the tip of New Zealand and exploring all the

scenic wonders of the Northland area. Lots of different places we

Departing from The Bay of Plenty, we head for the "must-see"

places of Northland – Matakana Country, Goat Island, Waipu Cove,

Tutukaka Coast, Whangarei Harbour, Russell & Ferry to Paihia, Cape Reinga, plus a fantastic "ticki-tour" down the

famous 90 Mile Beach...….

Stunning Mangonui Coast, Kawakawa, Kerekeri, Hokianga Harbour, Dargarville, Kaipara Harbour. The majestic Kauri

Trees in the Waipoua Forest, seeing Tane Mahuta, thought to be the world’s largest Kauri Tree, plus we will be

venturing off the main route to see all those places off the beaten track. Including a visit to the Dargaville Museum
