Culture of ServiceTrain people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so the don’t want to.~Sir Richard Branson
Creating a successful and effective Culture of Service at SPS Tower is the foundation and key to our success of exemplary customer service. Much like Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, our foundation is our employees, if they feel valued, they will be successful.
1. We celebrated the World Cup 2018 Semifinal – Croatia vs. England with two of our team members, who are indecently English and Bosnian.
2. Treat everyone as though they are the most important person. 3. We have moved out smoking area to create a healthier environment for all.

The building hosted a Herb & Sip Event in June which was appreciated by the tenants. We had a few bottles of wine/procecco with different cheeses and crackers. The tenants loved that they could have some green life and lovely smelling herbs at their desks for work or home.
